    This review is specific to service. I bought my Durango in 2014 and loved my buying experience and my car! However I have experienced my first issue with the car now at 70,000 miles. Since I am dependent on my vehicle every day I made an appointment and scheduled my day accordingly. I dropped the car off at 9am and told them I needed it back by 3:30 to get to an event that evening. At 3:00 I get a call that they haven't even started work on the car to find the Anti-freeze leak. At this point I am asking why I bothered to make an appointment if this is how things are going to go and do they have a car for me...answer is no...seriously?!?! You are dealership and you don't have a car for me??? Later that evening they call...they found the leak, but I can't have my car back until its fixed and now they have a rental for me. So I have been in a rental for a WEEK. Every day its "we are waiting on parts" or the technician is out sick". Today I call the number on my caller ID returning their call only to get routed through a million selections to get to the right dealership and then to service only to have the person on the phone tell me that they don't have record in the computer that my car is in for repairs let alone its status. So basically they have had my car for a week with no record of it??? I finally get a different number to call only to be told they are going to TRY to start on it this afternoon and they will TRY to have it done by the end of the day tomorrow! This is out of hand! I will go anywhere else to have my car serviced in the future!

    They have the worst service department. I scheduled a time to have a recall taken care of. They said it would be about 2 hours depending on how busy they are. When I get there they don't have the part and they tell me they need my truck for at least 3 days. It was a waste of time.and money going there.

    I Was pushed into buying a Jeep, it supposedly had AWD and the sales guy wouldn't let me leave for 2 hours and now they won't help make their mistake right, I was told a manager would call me back and 3-4 weeks later no call, when I call they so happen to be busy every time I let them know it's me and when i have tried to visit the General Manager they say he's busy and won't make me an appointment with them. I want them to fix their mistake but this is ridiculous!

    Bought a truck from ken Graff 2 years ago. We also purchased a warranty and they put on our lift and tires for which we paid good money. From the very beginning they were dishonest and tried to give us a less expensive lift and tires for the more expensive price we paid. Luckily my husband caught it, but they still tried to say we were wrong until we showed them the copy of our service contract. No apologies and they were still very unprofessional. Every single oil change we've had has taken between 2 to 4 hours with a scheduled appointment. Our truck has also never passed emissions. The first year we drove on expired TEMPORARY plates for 4 months until we had to get a waiver from the health department. This year we are going through the same thing. It still won't pass emissions and every single call to a service manager is unanswered. After leaving multiple voice mails for a week not one person has returned any of our calls. My husband finally called dodge corporate office who were very accommodating and understanding. They also tried calling ken garff without announcing who they were and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally the very nice women who we filed a complaint through at dodge got us through to a service manager at ken Graff and they still disrespected and argued with my husband saying there is nothing that they can do. Our representative through dodge then told us to Just go to Larry h. Miller as ken garff is incompitent. We are fine with that as Larry h. Miller is a great dealership. The only problem is that we purchased a very expensive warranty through ken Graff which is only valid through Ken Graff and we will never step foot in there again.

    My husband and I have bought two vehicles from them. The first time we shopped around and thought they gave us a good deal to get us to come back. The second time we also shopped around thinking there was no way we would get that good of a deal twice. There was no hesitation to give us the best price they could on the vehicle we wanted and they gave us the highest price for our trade-in. The finance guy was also great in explaining everything and he also found a way to save us even more!Very competitive and very friendly staff. We love this dealership!
