We had such a great experience at Fred Anderson. We were quickly greeted and helped by Brandon McCall when we arrived, and he ended up being SO helpful and so polite and knowledgeable about various aspects of our vehicle. I was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and also his willingness to listen to what we needed and help us in every way. We will definitely be back to see Brandon! The finance guy who handled our transaction was also really thorough & worked to get us out efficiently. Thank you for having such a great team!

Everyone we interacted with during the sales process was friendly, helpful, and professional. We were deciding between the Highlander vs. Grand Highlander and gas vs. hybrid. We changed our minds while on a waiting list and Taylor worked with us through that. He was great with communication. The price they gave us could not be beaten and I appreciated how transparent they were with pricing. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here in the future.
