Jowaine was awesome to work with in buying my brand new

Jowaine was awesome to work with in buying my brand new Camry. We were lucky to meet him when we walked through the entrance in search of a car on the lot. While it is a long, time-consuming process with paperwork etc., it was much less tedious with Jowaine, and we are very happy with the new Camry! Matt was also very friendly and helpful with all the necessary documentation. As in the past with our other purchases over the years (shout out to Eddie!), the people at Fred Anderson have been very friendly and most helpful.

Fred Anderson made the process of buying my first car stress-free! Andre was phenomenal in listening to my wants and was great at keeping me updated on the status of my car. Marlon did great on the day my car came in and was really personable! I also thoroughly enjoyed working with Ryan and his transparency in finances.

Badly needed a new car and wanted to buy another Venza. I lucked out with Matt. From sales to financing to leaving with my new Venza, I had an amazing experience. Great financing options, better than the options I had come prepared with. I’d choose Anderson Toyota for my next vehicle.

We worked with Matt Gladwell on a new Grand Highlander.

We worked with Matt Gladwell on a new Grand Highlander. We had been on the waiting list with Matt since the announcement of the new model. While Matt was exceptionally easy to work with and maintained good contact with us. We just happened to be on the lot looking a new arrival that was of a color we didn't want and noticed a new arrived unit that was on our waiting list choices. The Sales Manager's approach to allowing the vehicle to be sold to anyone walking on to the lot while I tried to get my wife over to see this vehicle from 45 mins away was a little off putting. We ended up working something out and was able to purchase the unit, but it does make me wary of the process in the future.
