    I bought my outback from Mike. W and Erica. J. They were very friendly, it was a pleasure to work with both of them. They explained everything clearly at the point of sale, and even took a great deal of time to teach me how to work with the car's features. Overall a great experience. I put n/a for the facility because it was under construction, so could not really rate the facility Thank you both for making it happen! E.A

    Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, lazy salesman. 2 cars I looked at were in bad condition: 1 shook when I test drove it & had mod-max dents all over the exterior, the 2nd had mod scratches & marks all over the interior w/ an accident history.

    This the worst service department I have EVER dealt with. Never have I been treated this way in the past and will never return here again! The staff is unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional, ignorant...I can go on! Took my car in for minor repairs on a saturday. They asked me to leave the car there and they would contact me with information. I never heard back from them. Monday I attempted to reach them via telephone several times. Was placed on hold for 20 min. So I finally decided to drive out there and see what was going on. They said my car would be ready in 15 min and charged $200. After leaving with my car I was stranded for 2 hours in a parking lot, had to pay for a tow truck, took the car back the next day. They showed no sympathy, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I picked up my car today and it still doesn't work but this time my turning signals are not working and instead my wipers and hazards turn on. The techs are clueless here. Please stay away and take ur business elsewhere.

    Stay Away! Terrible experience. Apathetic staff and generally unwelcoming and unprofessional environment. I was told I could not test drive a vehicle (WRX) until I sat down and talked numbers. I obliged and played their game, and even after talking numbers and getting my personal information, I was still told I could not test drive the car. The sales manager, Marcin, explained that because I had owned a WRX before I should know how they are. The cherry on top was that they couldn't even give me a brochure on the car that they used to help identify features because the "sales" guy only had one. Complete unprofessionalism and pretentiousness from a low level Subaru dealership. Needless to say, I found another dealership that earned my business. Don't waste you time here.

    If i was able to give zero stars i would. This dealership needs to improve greatly on sticking to their word and providing a customer consistency. I did not have a great experience once i purchased my brand new 2017 impreza sport i felt like i was left on a sinking ship with no help. Ray the salesman and Danny along with the General manager promised me they would take care of everything. I bought my vehicle April 8th 2017 and upon pick up the vehicle was not detailed. the vehicle was washed but the wheels were not even cleaned. who wants to be presented their brand new vehicle with dirty wheels and sticky stuff on the windows from the window sticker? right...no one does. I had to return to have my remote start and window wind deflectors installed on April 14, 2017. Another bad experience. The technician who worked on my vehicle left the garbage from the parts in my car and the dealer washed my car and did not dry it. by the time i got home vehicle was full of dirt stuck from being so wet. Also i had a template on my vehicle bought in illinois to be registered in Florida. temp plate was to be for 30 days to get vehicle registered in florida..which is more than enough time. but since the great people of napleton sales dept didnt keep their promise, the documents sat on Dannys desk and was only sent out April 29, 2017. my mom in florida received the paper work May 2, 2017 and my temp plate was to expire May 7, 2017. so 30 days turned into 5 days..with that said i still had to send a power of attorney out to Florida which took 2 more days and was finalized May 5, 2017. Yes i was able to get my vehicle registered before the expiration date of my temp plate. but it was a very inconvenient experience provided by Napleton Subaru. In the middle of that mess, I personally went to Napleton on May 5, 2017 to speak to Ray but he was off and i spoke to the GM about the whole situation. I hoped to get an extension on my temp plate or possibly a loaner vehicle till everything got straightened out. The General Manager told me there was nothing they can do about it. I've never felt so disgusted about a dealership and the customer service provided to me..what was i supposed to do walk everywhere and leave my brand new car parked cuz the dealership i bought it from can do nothing about it? with that said..i will never do business here ever again.
