    Went in to look at a used car we found online, liked it but didn't love it. The Sales Consultant (Baker) helped us find similar vehicles in our price range, and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. Plan on coming back here when we're ready to purchase our next vehicle.

    I bought my outback from Mike. W and Erica. J. They were very friendly, it was a pleasure to work with both of them. They explained everything clearly at the point of sale, and even took a great deal of time to teach me how to work with the car's features. Overall a great experience. I put n/a for the facility because it was under construction, so could not really rate the facility Thank you both for making it happen! E.A

    The general manager Chris Napleton will call and harass you if you leave an average review on their survey after you buy the car. Shocking behavior, is this standard business practice? Very strange to tell your customer never to come back, your business is not wanted. Chris Napleton just took money away from his sales people whom would have received referral business and his service people.

    After my mom and I both leased 2017 Subaru Foresters a few weeks ago, I had given a great review on Google as our salesperson and both finance people there gave excellent service and went above and beyond to take care of us. We were both very happy and I had referred this dealership to 2 coworkers and another friend who were looking to purchase new cars there. My 64 year old mother had filled out their survey last weekend with just average reviews and commented she wish they would have negotiated car mats. My mother is a sweet person, can barely hear and will be retiring soon. She gave her honest opinion, isn't that what a survey is for? The GM, Chris Napleton, called my mother during the work day, stating he read her survey and it will damage their reputation and make them look bad and to "never bring her car there to be serviced, they do not want her business" in a nasty tone. I am beyond shocked at this treatment. When a not so good review is submitted my thought would be to reach out and see how we can make any future experiences better, not the opposite and I am quite sure no one else would want their mother treated in this manner. What kind of business is run this way?! Go elsewhere for a Subaru.

    Was out car shopping all day today. Considering it was my only day off this week, I was trying to cover ground and check out all the cars I was interested in. Subaru was near the top of my list because the of the AWD and because nice manual vehicles are hard to come by nowadays. The WRX and STI seemed like they fit the criteria for everything I was looking for. The salesman decided right off the bat that I wasn't there because I was actually interested in a vehicle, oh no. I was there because I had nothing better to do with my day aside from beating on one of his precious little Subarus. Apparently 30 year old men such as myself get our cheap thrills from spending 5 minutes thrashing 265hp econoboxes. So the salesman informs me that they "don't like to rush into test drives to actually make sure I'm interested in the vehicle" (why else would I waste time out of my day to show up at your dealership?). So I have to listen to him list off all the features and various trim levels on the WRX (there's only 3 trims). As a side note, I was more interested in the STI but he talked me down to the WRX, I wonder why. Ok so after 15 minutes of this drivel we get to finally go out and look at a WRX. He grabs a key and scans my license. Ok cool, we can finally get on with this and I can see if I like the car. He takes me to a WRX with 500 miles which is blocked in on all sides with other vehicles. Wow this is useful. I can turn the car on and look at the radio. After I barely blip the throttle the salesman scolds me for revving a cold car (OH NO, DON'T HURT THE SUBARU). He makes sure to pop the hood to show me the sweet plastic engine cover and the easily accessible oil filter. He also shows me that it has a trunk. Very nice. So I ask if there's a WRX that's actually available for me to test drive. He immediately goes on to warn me not to launch, clutch drop, or rev it past 4k RPM at ANY point in the test drive or he'll make me pull over and he will be the one to drive the car back. At this point I was so annoyed I didn't even want to drive the damn thing any longer and walked out. Honestly out of all the times I've gone car shopping this had to have been the worst salesman experience I have ever had by far. What a joke. Enjoy keeping your cars on the lot and not selling any.

    When buying my first Subaru I worked with George P. and Tim P. at Napleton Subaru. Both gentlemen showed very high level of professionalism which made the whole sale process very friendly. I usually do not enjoy car buying experiences but this one was different.
