RJ was my sales guy he was very knowledgeable about the truck i was buying. His professionalism was top notch got me set and on my test drive and offered me a beverage when I returned. I never felt pressured to buy any vehicle I actually didn't buy it until 3 days after I stopped in to look at it and received the same treatment as my first. Danny knew his stuff when it came to getting me financing very fast and efficient.

Daniel is the one that help us out he was very helpful he explained everything to us step by step everyone was very nice.

Always, good quality trucks and great customer service. Daniel does not waist time and is very efficient once you decide what you are going to purchase.

Really good costumer service anthill you buy a car and after 10 days the engine fail and you call the dealer the service when from good to worst he say the responsibility to get the car to them is yours and you have to pay the tow truck

Daniel was great. He listened to us, didn't try to pressure us into buying anything and he did what he could for us to be able to get a car. He was great.

The staff were very helpful and not pushy at all, they made everything extremely easy and fast. Also, we had an issue with our vehicle we had purchased and they fixed it the next week, no questions asked. We were very pleased with the whole process and will highly recommend them in the future.

My experience with The Car Store was great on every level. They were very responsive from the time of my first call. Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy going. Everyone was very polite right down to the person answering the phone. By the time of my second call the gal already knew my name before even telling her. Even when one small issue came up Daniel handled it very professionally with a great outcome. The Car Store was surely worth the drive for us. I have dealt with several larger dealers in Wisconsin. None had the same customer service that we received from The Car Store.
