Great Experience!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new car from McDaniels Accura/Audi. SJ Duong was the associate who helped me with the purchase, and he made it very simple and smooth. Great environment and excellent customer service. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, plus, I got a great deal and I love my new car! Would definitely recommend!

Major issues with my new Audi and the dealership

My brand new Audi 2020 Q5 I leased for my mother left us stranded with only 2,000 miles and was totaled by Audi because the engine needed to be replaced. It’s been 65 days with no resolution from Audi of Charleston who keeps making excuses and yet to put her in a loaner which they have control over. Audi is still charging me lease payments , the dealership never gave us a loaner, and the manager still has not provided an update. I have owned all of the luxury brands and never experienced such poor service from a dealership. You spend the kind of money you do on luxury cars so you do not have issues and if you do they are resolved quickly. Taylor

Absolutely over and beyond 👌

I have bought 2 cars so far and if I need anything about cars, here is the only place that I will go. SJ is awesome and master in taking care of you to listen to your needs and making sure that you get what you exactly want. Part Restocking Fee

McDaniels Audi failed to legally post their Re-stocking fee for parts, now that I want to cancel the order they tell me there is a 30% restocking fee. They nefariousouly posted a sign on a piece of paper after I complained. They will not refund my money until i pay a 30% restocking fee of $387.33 Please do not let them order your parts

Rick- We strive for 5 star service and experiences, a special order part (approx $1200) carries restrictions that were posted. We were bending best we could to accomodate. Sincerely sorry this was not amicable to your liking. Audi Customer Care
