I purchased a new 2017 RDX about 2 months ago. I worked with SJ Duong and I never felt pressured. He was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with.
Up until today, if I send him a text message about a question on my RDX he knows the answer. He gets back to me within minutes. I feel like I was very lucky to get him as a sales guy. I was very worried about getting a new car with all that technology, but SJ Duong made that a very comforting experience. He is the absolute best. Ask for SJ Duong if you are going to buy an Acura. You will not be disappointed.

Our sales representative was good, and treated us with the utmost respect. The car they had fit all our criteria and was in fantastic condition. We ha
d low pressure experience, with the only issue being that he asked us to commit to buying the car before we were ready. The dealership isn't kid friendly. There's no dedicated area for the kid's to play while you shop. If shopping with the little ones keep that in mind. We ultimately decided not to purchase any car right now (from any dealer) and keep our current car another year. When we do, I will certainly consider this dealership again.
Salesman was helpful but the buying process took 4 hours, mostly waiting around. Would go elsewhere to buy Audi again.

The process was longer than expected due to a recall that required a custom part. However, all things do work out when patience and good faith are applied to the situation. It was an overall good experience dealing with McDaniels Acura. I even had a opportunity to drive a loaner Acura to complete an important transaction. I would definitely recommend Mike Stroud and McDaniels Acura to others. Hopefully, I will be back in the future to test drive an Acura. They are indeed great cars.
