Great Place to go to get your car serviced.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced, the person I had the appointment with was out sick so I was paired with a young man named Oscar Giraldo. I have to say that Oscar did an absolutely flawless job. When it was found that my car needed a lot of work Oscar proposed several different options for me and worked very hard to find the best solution for me. He was always very transparent with the pricing and did everything in his power to give me the best experience possible. Now my car drives great and I am extremely satisfied after visiting Central Florida Toyota. I would recommend that anyone with a Toyota come here as you can expect to deal with people like Oscar Giraldo who make you feel welcome and actually care about delivering a good experience to the customer. 10/10 would come back in the future.

Roberto Ercolani is great! Make sure you research.

If you're in the market for a new Toyota, contact CFT and ask for an appointment with Roberto Ercolani. I've dealt with a lot of car salesmen before and thankfully, he wasn’t like the others. I came in the door knowing what I wanted and knowing the price I wanted to - and should be able to - get on the truck and for financing (and specifically the monthly payment and residual value I was seeking) so I didn’t need him selling me on it. What he was really great on was answering my questions about purchasing a vehicle that was in transit and not on the lot. That was something I’d never done before and was kind of scary. And unlike other salesmen I had spoken to over the phone, he knew so much more about the process and was able to give me a near-exact date on when the truck I was interested in buying would arrive at the dealership. And so if there was any selling left to do, that did it for me. I discussed the financing and the price I was willing to pay (monthly payment) with Roberto. He set out on the negotiation process and took it to the finance department. From there it was pretty much just me against - yes, against - the CFT finance department with Roberto getting stuck in the middle. The initial number they came back with was nowhere near what I knew I should be able to get and when I started talking brass tacks finance terms and how I calculated what I knew was a reasonable lease payment, Roberto had to call in the higher-ups in the finance department. That’s when things got frustrating and what I didn’t appreciate about CFT. I spoke with at least three, maybe more, individuals, the sales manager, a finance employee and the finance manager, attempting to understand where their figures were coming from and the underlying calculations and trying to get them to understand how I knew their figures as presented to me either weren’t correct or they had to be withholding from me what all was in their calculations, as turned out to be the case (certain dealer fees specifically). When I refused to accept their claim that the second number they presented me with was the best they could do and told them that the figure made zero sense given the price of the truck I wanted to buy, the value they had given me of my trade-in, the residual value for the new truck and the money factor they quoted me given my high credit score, I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I obviously didn’t understand how the calculations were made (which I was told was by their all-knowing Toyota finance computer) and that my reliance on online lease calculators was, well, pretty stupid and inaccurate. But I stuck to my guns, insisted - and showed them on paper how - the monthly payment they were giving me could not be arrived at based on the underlying figures they claimed to be using and how my monthly payment was the only one that made sense. And after a few hours of back and forth (ugghh), lo and behold, the finance manager suddenly was able to offer me only $4 more than the payment I came in the door asking for and was showing them all along was a reasonable payment. If only the finance team would have not either considered me stupid or tried to take advantage of me in the first place, they could have had me signed on the dotted line in 30 minutes and out the door, and they could have moved on to another sale. That would have been the smart thing to do. But I will say that Roberto was ever so patient during the whole process of me going back and forth with finance, and while the wait and back and forth was painful as always, we shared great conversation in the meantime. In the end I did get my truck at the price and monthly payment I wanted without quite as much hassle and headache as I’ve experienced at other Toyota dealerships so that’s what counts. And Roberto has been great ever since, checking in with me multiple times to make sure I’m pleased and to see if I need any assistance. So I recommend him highly!!

Great experience!

Great experience. The salesman (Miguel) was transparent from the beginning. He showed us the total price for the car (fees, tax, tag & title, etc)we were interested in. When the car delivery was delayed, he was able to transfer our deposit to a different car and hold the RAV4 for us. He was also transparent with the financing available to us from Southeast Toyota Finance. When there was a mistake with the sales contract, Miguel followed up with the finance department and had the error corrected. I recommend Miguel and Central Florida Toyota.
