The sales people and manager are liars and will lie to your face knowing what they say is false. Be careful of buying a new car from here. They will make you sign papers quickly and get you out the door with a different priced car than you thought you were buying.

Ozzy Seyal, now that's a customer service representative. Kind, courteous, pays attention, handles his customer as if they're taking care of family. My husband was very impressed with him, upselling, and he talked my husband into a very good deal. My husband is very happy about the upgrade. Hold on to him and if possible, give him a well-deserved raise, a some type of bonus and recognition. I'm a recruiter, 23 years, and I look for people with this distinctive quality of customer service, which is very hard to find. Take care of your people. You cannot put enough emphasis on dependability and reliability. OZZY, you keep it up. You're truly genuine.

Everyone at the dealership were courteous and friendly. The facility was clean and spacious. We brought our Siena in for repair, keep in mind the car is 12 years old, but had less than 100k miles, we live in Illinois, and the repair cost was estimated to be $5k, we decided to purchase a Siena that just came in. The salesperson (first name is Jean, unfortunately I do not know his last name) was extremely good and I congratulate your company on great business.
