Best service department

Had a great experience.Was a very professional interaction. They stood by quote and vehicle was fixed great. Would go again if repair is needed.

Oil Change and Part Recall service

Dylan was great. Service was great as usual. Nothing else that needs to be said. Just filling in the required word field, which is asinine to include. If the service is great, I do not need to write an essay to prove that I went in, got service, it was great and left, but since apparently I need to leave a long review, here you go. Sorry for the rant. Dylan still did great.

Quick service and great communication

I had a pleasant experience- I was able to get an appt the next day and they took care of my van promptly.my advisor Mike was quick to let me know the findings and plan.

Excellent Servicec

Customer for over 10 years with three CRVs and service has always been excellent. Never had a breakdown and never replaced a part other than tires, batteries and such.

Phenomenal Day

I wanted to take time out of my day to RAVE about how wonderful Matt made my experience with my car service yesterday. He was the expected friendly and communicative as is part of Honda’s culture, but he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the service that I was getting and he ensured that I had all the most up to date recalls taken care of, and made sure my 100K service was in line, and explained it in a way that made sense to a “non-car gal. That is a lot of “and” to explain how much he did! Plus he was very nice, personable, and funny to interact with as a being. Bonus: he offered to call me a Lyft so I could enjoy my time at home working and even squeezed in a walk with my dogs. (Bonus improved quality of life for me that was completely unexpected as I planned to eat your popcorn for a few hours!!) He even had to run downstairs to get my apartment key before my ride arrived so I could get in my place. Who hustles like that these days? Matt does!! I was appreciative of all the test communications and phone calls that I received throughout the day. I actually felt like he was taking care of me personally and I was not just a transactional number in the cog of service. That matters! It was really uplifting to feel cared for in such a manner. Give Matt a raise and a paperweight for those flying papers. He deserves it! I look forward to my next service with Honda and hopefully my interaction with Matt in the future. Thank you for hiring someone so talented!

Great experience

I actually had a great experience buying my vehicle. No questions went unanswered. The sales team was top notch. I didn't feel pressured in any way. There was plenty of inventory and the price was right.
