    My experience at Florence Toyota was good, my sales associate Garry Cato was great. If I wanted to he was going to let me test drive every car on that lot, until I was satisfied with the car I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Garry I'm a proud owner of a Toyota Avalon.     After speaking to Ashley Byrd on the phone, I visited Florence Toyota to see what was in stock. I was met by Dylan Beamer, who was very courteous and helpful. He was very careful to be sure of my requirements and soon came up with the truck I was satisfied with. The entire buying experience was the smoothest and best I have ever had.

    I am very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received when I purchased my Toyota. Tim was friendly, respectful of my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Anthony Mack was very kind and helped me the next day with some items that I left in my old car. Brandy Davis helped me over the telephone and guided me through the initial process.

    We went to Florence Toyota to get our vehicle serviced, as we always do, and decided to walk around and look while we were waiting. We've been looking for our daughter a car but didn't run up on the right one. Luckily, this particular day, we saw one salesman out on the lot. His name was Nyle Watt. We asked if there were any good deals at the time. He showed a few vehicles that would be great for our daughter. He was professional, honest, and definitely provided us with great customer service. He did all of the paperwork and we walked out with our serviced vehicle AND a vehicle for our daughter and might I add, her car runs GREAT! Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Thanks Nyle and Florence Toyota.

    My husband, daughter & I, all took off work in order to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband was contacted by Brandy who stated the vehicle was still available, they had just put it online. My husband explained to Brandy that we were 105 miles away and were coming to purchase this vehicle. We left immediately. While we were on the way, we were in contact w/Brandy, via text, who was aware of the drive and our time of arrival. She also stated she was in contact with a manager who also knew we were on our way. We didn't make one stop and arrived at the dealership 1-1/2 hours after speaking to Brandy the 1st time. When we arrived a sales rep approached us. We stated which vehicle we were there to purchase, he went inside, then came back out stating he had bad news and someone else had come in 20 minutes prior to our arrival and was giving them 1st option to buy. My husband asked to speak to a manager as we felt that a proper dealership would have given us the appropriate amount of time to arrive and explain to the other client that if we didn't arrive in an appropriate amount of time, that they would have the option to purchase the vehicle. Additionally, the manager was totally unsympathetic to the situation, had us wait over an hour to see if the other client's credit would go through, didn't offer for us to come inside, a cold drink, NOTHING, but attitude when we voiced our dissatisfaction. Absolutely, the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

    My husband and I have dealt with many dealerships in the area over the past 30 years and I've never received better service than I did here at Florence Toyota. We were greeted as soon as we came onto the lot, but we never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. We came with one specific car in mind but our sales person, Natosha Lowe, found the perfect car for us as well as our budget and we couldn't be happier! I will recommend Florence Toyota to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. You've gained a lifelong customer, thanks for the help!

    I made contact to purchase a vehicle they had listed online. As an out-of-state consumer, I had to go off the online inventory and the conversations I had with two different sales associates. I began, but did not complete, the online credit application. I called to speak with the associate because there were issues with the webpage. We spoke on the phone about the vehicle again, and discussed credit questions. She told me she would call me back shortly after talking to her manager. When she called me back, she informed me that they no longer had the vehicle I intended to purchase, but they had new vehicles I might be interested in purchasing. She assured me they had not run my credit, but days later this would prove to be false as I had a new hard inquirers on my credit report. Amazingly, I could not get ahold of the manager to remedy the situation, after numerous calls and messages. When I finally got him in his office on the phone, he asked me if I completed the credit request online, which I told him I didn't. I told him to pull the tapes on the phone call, since they record all calls for quality assurance. Here we are, three months later, and I'm still not getting any information from the general manager - who told me he would call me back. The deceptive nature of this dealership, who knew fully well they no longer had the vehicle I was willing to drive eight hours to purchase, coupled with the horrific customer service, make this one of the worst dealerships I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Tips for this dealer: 1) Don't use them. 2) If you ignore my line of reasoning above, please please please ensure you have eyes on the vehicle before beginning any sort of discussion with any person at this location. 3) In the event that they run your credit without your permission for a car they don't have and don't intend to sell you, be prepared to be ignored, sidestepped, or "out-of-the-office'ed" regularly. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

    The facility and salesman was nice; however that is as far as it goes. I drove roughly 2.5 Hrs to look at a used 2014 tundra that was toyota certified only to find scratches and rub marks all along the passengers side, including the side mirror and front bumper, which actually had paint missing and the bumper was slightly pushed in, if that's the quality of "toyota certified" I don't want it. The vehicle also had not been detailed yet as there were coffee stains all over the dash. In addition, the finance department was whom I "negotiated" with and by negotiating with, I mean him laughing at me and thanking me for coming. My offer was low and on purpose to see where we could have met at. I will not recommend to anyone to go there. That was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had at dealership!

However, the Tundra you're interested in is priced competitively at $31,991, you offered $29,500. Internet pricing is very aggressive and cannot be negotiated.     Although I'm late on submission, however I would like to say that Terrell Small was such a blessing my husband and myself for purchasing the Toyota Venza in June. Terrell was very informative and helpful. Explained details about the car and what I actually like most was he wasn't pushy at all. The Venza is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Toyota and I recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go see Terrell Small. I promise you, he won't disappoint you.
