Purchased a nice vehicle but was lied to by the sales

Purchased a nice vehicle but was lied to by the sales associate when they said the car was going to be filled up with gas..evidently that was not the case. When everything was finalized I complain about it they tell me that's only when you buy new cars only..yeah they know how to trap somebody to sign..good one!

Stay away. Do not waste your time.

Came in to buy a new car. Was told price would be MSRP then comes back to tell me now will be 2500. over that. When I would not go for their scam now makes up fake problems and now no interest with my trade in.

I priced service at several shops.

I priced service at several shops. I always try to give the dealership business and they were competitive with the bid. When I got there, they added a $50 service charge and a $12 credit card fee. I won’t be returning.

My experience with Adam at Russ Darrow Greenfield, was exceptional. He was a no-pressure, professional. I found him to be attentive to my particular need, my car had been stolen and I was in need of a replacement vehicle within a certain budget. Adam was patient and laxer focused on my budgetary and personal needs in a vehicle. Just as I was about to leave, he thought to show me one last vehicle and this was the perfect fit! This is why he earned Russ Darrow a 5-star rating with me. I appreciate his service, follow through and am very satisfied. Thank you, Adam, you are an asset to the Russ Darrow Group!

Very dishonest and shady dealership.

Very dishonest and shady dealership. I confirmed over the phone with Celina many times about MSRP pricing and ensuring that there will be no hidden fees or "add-ons". I get my payment in order and do the long 3hr round trip drive. I arrive and as Adam preps the paperwork, they added $2500 in paint warranty and said it is required. Total bait and switch. Erick then states it was a sales associate training issue, but if you search on past negative reviews, this is a common shady sales tactic to get you into the door. Plenty of other dealerships with higher ratings, and for good reason. Avoid this dealership if you value your time.

Get discriminated against WHILE getting ripped off

I came in for a test drive and was told with complete seriousness "don't crash it" by the salesperson. Funny how nobody has EVER said that to me when my husband was around. Completely sexist and inappropriate. Also, they charge $3,000 in dealer fees on top of MSRP. I asked about the discount listed on the quote and the salesperson literally turned the minus into a plus sign saying that won't be offered to me. Jason also refused to negotiate. Complete rip off on top of being mistreated. Don't waste your time here.
