    Worse customer service. No one will return calls or emails. Sorry that I made purchase. Won't make that mistake again. Really disappointed in their service... after the sale.

    I took my 2010 dodge van in for a 9.95 oil change that ended up being 700.00. I had nothing going on with my vehicle when I brought it to the dealership.... I even received a paper that said nothing wrong with my van. After the oil change I started home only to have a terrible vibration in the vehicle . I turned around and went back and was told they would balance back tires. I left the dealership the 2nd time and now the vehicle sputters and hesitated and check engine light on. Almost didn’t make it back but this time they said the vehicle needed a tune up and a coil. The parts cost 212.00 and I was charged 630.00 with tax. The bill for oil change and tire rotating and balance and filter was 70.00. Bottom line a 9.95 coupon I received in the mail for an oil change cost me 700.00 and a lot of stress sitting there for 5 hours. I am a senior and a disabled veteran. I feel like I was taken advantage of and no one wants to listen to my concerns even after I went back the next day to talk to them. I will never go back there or recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Had a great experience from sales to finance to insurance thank you for helping us with the purchase of our brand new ram truck. Nate was our sales person... and made it quick and easy from start to finish

    I’m sorry but the prep. on the new Fiat we just bought was horrible. The wheels need a good washing. The floor mats are in a bag in the back. A torn open... clear plastic bag with one little wrench in it. What else was there? Some rubber blocks with half the glue protection off. What’s that for? We were only shown dash procedure. Nothing about the back. No new Dodge Ram for us we had planned on after the holidays! I want my things that are in my trade-in! My paperwork! My front plate, etc.

    They people here listened to what we said. There was no pressure selling. We were given options and when we made a decision they walked us thru the process.... My wife was back a week later to learn more about the touch screen and was walked thru the process. I would absolutely buy another vehicle here.
