Not the best service experience sad to say.
Not the best service experience sad to say. Told my service guy we needed the car back for vacation the next morning. Came in for an oil change and wiper change. Was sent a text halfway through the day I needed an alignment. I responded to the text but hours went by with no response. Finally got a response that he was tied up in meetings. They started the alignment and at 6:15 knowing the dealerships service dept closed at 7 and still no call, we headed to the dealership. There was only one person left to handle all customers in the service department. We had to wait a long time. Finally we were able to ask about our car, they said they were pulling it off the rack and would bring it around. It was after 7 pm by now. It hadn’t been vacuumed or washed but the receipt said it had. I just know that if we didn’t go to the dealership we would not have had our car back for our trip. No communication whatsoever. It was not the service I have had in the past and I was very disappointed. Especially as we have purchased several cars from this dealership.

I went in to have my remote key fob battery’s replaced
I went in to have my remote key fob battery’s replaced and Bob the parts representative replaced both of my key fob batteries really quickly. AND.. He did it at No Charge. I was blown away thinking I was going to have to spend at least $10.00 but nope. No charge. Thank you Parts Man Bob. I really appreciated your professionalism and kindness of not charging me. 5 starts to Autonation Honda Parts Dept. I’ll definitely be back….
