65 years old and have NEVER had such an amazing and easy car buying experience! Especially for 2023 when dealers are really ripping into consumers with so many senseless add ons. Not Auto Nation Honda in Sanford, Florida! From entering, Lisa met us at the door and asked if we needed help, but we just wanted to look and not have a pushy salesperson. She said she had the perfect gentlemen for us, and boy did she! Thank you LISA! Enter, Martin. Perfectly patient, informative, not aggressive or forceful at all! Extremely kind and likeable! We seriously did NOT plan to purchase, but it was so easy, with several incentives offered (also a shock for 2023). They were also fair on negotiating our value for our trade in! Another shock, we honestly expected to be insulted like we had been from other dealerships! Financing was quick and easy as well! Then Michelle, the Customer Service Manager, came to congratulate us and see if she could do anything to help! WOW, 5 star service from everyone we encountered! Because of a minor xxxx-up with our new car, a delay ensued and Lisa took off to Publix to buy us a gift card for dinner as an apology for the inconvenience! Is this a dream? LOL Honestly, we cannot imagine ever buying from another car dealership again. In fact, we are in the market for a second skoot around town ride and plan to return in the fall to see Martin (and everyone else who was so kind and helpful!) Can I give 10 stars please!?!

Stanly Arias sold us a pickup truck at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. He never made us feel rushed to make a decision. Was extremely patient while we waffled back and forth on what for us was a difficult decision. Got answers to our many questions, some of which were pretty quirky. Followed up with us after the sale on a couple of issues when he really didn't have to. Came in on his day off (Sunday) to walk us through the sale process when he really didn't have to do that either. Stanly really understands that the best way to succeed in sales is to give the customer what they need. He's a true professional.

Had an amazing sales assistant/Sergio and he was extremely tentative to my questions and went over every detail about my vehicle. Financing was a breeze and Honda financing beat everyones interest rates, even my own bank! I have 2 years free service and an affordable extended warranty because I have no time to worry.
