Would not recommend. Would not take a car from them for free. Treated poorly by salesman and service team. Rude and can't imagine buying another car here.... Please don't. You will regret it.

Staff was very knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me into buying like all the other places try and do. The sales manager had me and my wife laughing almost... the entire time, and Darius helped answer every question we had. The only downside is we're waiting for a VW buyback before we can get another vehicle. We'll be buying from John Finger Mazda, and I recommend anyone else in the market for a car to do the same.

The day we picked her car up we had to have it rewashed. Every time we take it to have it serviced you give us a free car wash, but when we get it back... it looks like it's been run through a mud hole. The service has been good but don't tell her she's going to wash her car and bring it back looking like that. Don't offer a free car wash if you're not going to do a good job.

11/17/16 John Finger Mazda- Lauren Rochester, Internet Sales Mgr. Referred internet inquiry to sales person with no notice or intro to customer. 11/18/16... Failed to reply to customer questions via email. In person: Could not give car price. Did not understand why customer asked in a inquiry for sales person named in cars.com ad. Came across as aloof & detached, began working on laptop PC during in person customer conversation & stopped listening. Profound communication process disconnects & lack of recognition thereof. Dismissed need to update ad for removal of terminated salesman name. When asked why no prices for ad cars on cars.com, stated wants customer to call. Was told: Other dealers all have ad prices, why bother calling, just look elsewhere for basic disclosure. (waiting customer time & playing silly secrets game.) Unintentionally rude to decorum once common & expected by more mature & sophisticated buyers. Childlike.
Waldo, There was an issue with our feed to cars.com on the pricing. Lauren must have misunderstood that error. She most likely was taking notes on t...he computer of what vehicle you were interested in. We are very sorry for the confusion and certainly understand the need to want to know the price rather than having to call. The prices should be fixed by now if not by the end of the day.
No prices in ads. Huh? Who needs to call to find out? All other dealers have ad prices. Protracted.

Bought a truck from them on September 3rd, Shawn the salesperson was great, but they forgot to give me papers to sign so a week later I had to drive 30... miles each way back to the dealership to sign papers that THEY forgot to get me to sign.. A gift card or a gas voucher would have been a nice token for me having to come all the way back for their error
I was in need of a car quickly, so I went to see my buddy Ken Clardy at Finger. He put me in 4 nice cars to test drive, and I ended up buying a sweet Mazda3.... Ken and the whole crew were great to work with. I've been telling friends they can't go wrong when they get a car at Finger.
