A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice
A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. We are so happy that we definitely started our ownership on a positive note, which will continue to flavor our ownership of this vehicle into the future. Thank you Philip and Michael.

Extremely rude salesperson and terrible communication!
Extremely rude salesperson and terrible communication! I was interested in a pre-owned 2017 Mercedes E43 and called in Wednesday, 1/30 @ 6:29pm and spoke with the salesperson Kim. I informed him I had a trade in a 22 Mercedes GLE and wanted to get a trade in value then see the car. He reached back out to me the next day and 12:29pm with a number and I agreed to come in that evening to look at the vehicle. I came in around 6:30pm that evening, looked at the vehicle and loved it! I asked Kim if I could leave a deposit and to go over numbers in the morning since they were closing at 7, and he stated “We do not accept deposits to hold vehicles”. I’ve never heard this before at all from any dealership that you CAN NOT leave a deposit on a vehicle! I then called him Friday, 1/31 @9:22am to go over numbers and gave him my payoff on my trade. He stated he will call me back to go over everything shortly. I never heard back from him at all, so I call in around 11am for an answer and went straight to voicemail. I then called back at 12:00pm to follow up AGAIN, and he stated I’m currently with a client busy, I’ll call you in a few minutes and rushed me off the phone. By the time he called me back, it was 1:00PM! How does it take 4 hours to figure out numbers that could’ve be done in less than 15 minutes when I called in at 9:22am???? Okay so at 1:00, I agree on the number and submit a credit application. 5 hours later, he calls me at closing and regrets to inform me that vehicle was pending sale by another salesman that TOOK A DEPOSIT THAT SAME MORNING WHEN I ASKED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT AND HE FLAT OUT SAID “NO!”. I went in the next morning which is now today, Saturday 2/1 with my father, trying to speak with him and a sales manager regarding this situation. Kim, the salesperson was extremely rude to my father and I, and started talking high pitch to both of us like we were trash. I felt both upset and highly disturbed by the way he talked to both of us. He SHOULD NOT even be a salesperson if you’re going to treat new customers of yours this way. I called in multiple times this morning to speak to a sales manager, trying to put in 1. A complaint on the way Kim treated my father and I throughout this whole deal and this morning 2. Trying to resolve this issue regarding the purchase of E43, since I came in the same night trying to leave a deposit the night before, and they sold the vehicle underneath me that next morning by another salesperson. I’m just highly upset by this whole situation, and I can’t even speak with a sales manager at this Mercedes dealer without it going to voicemail every time I call in and the receptionist saying they’re “BUSY”. I WAS NOT treated this way at all when I bought my GLE at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, and I just wish someone could reach out regarding this cause it’s highly unacceptable by Kim to treat any customer this way.

Thorough, professional, responsive are 3 words which
Thorough, professional, responsive are 3 words which accurately describe my recent purchase experience. Doug Campbell was awesome...I'd give him max stars but he's not listed under the sales dept. Also really appreciated Mike in finance, there was a delay in the bank wire so I wrote a check to cover the amount. Within 2 minutes after I left Mike and met up with Doug, Doug told me the wire cleared so I turned around and Mike was already on his way to track me down to return my now VOIDED check. So, I'll add great team communication to the list of positive attributes.

If I could give less stars I would.
If I could give less stars I would. Sure it's a huge clean lovely dealership. It takes forever to get an appointment. Forever to get your vehicle back. And when it does come back it doesn't come back without damage, every single time. The cars cost a ton, service is $225 an hour which is ridiculous, parts very expensive, and while they want to be there for you, there is just no feeling that your important. Your car is just another box of metal. Even with a nice service person and amazing service manager, you are assured of a slowness of service with no feeling of being a VIP ever. Period. The mechanics are OK. Just OK. Except for if you use the shop fore person. They need to slow the xxxx down, know who they are dealing with as a customer on a case by case basis, stop rushing though service, and do something to make you feel special. Why would you want your car brought to a place that really absolutely makes you feel uncomfortable and worried about the service and your car. And without a doubt. You will have to have your car cleaned, not washed, cleaned, from the mechanics work and grease inside after you leave. No one takes the time to wipe the grease off of anything. Sorry. Again. It's an awesomely huge expensive dealership owned by a mechanic who used to work on Mercedes. But that guy isn't here doing the work and he doesn't know the reputation he is getting one car at a time. Find a mechanic, if you can elsewhere, who can handle your work, and don't go in unless you absolutely need a Mercedes machine or repair. Period.
