This was our 3rd transaction with Marc. In this internet age it is truly a pleasure to conduct a transaction with a professional who knows how to treat... a customer. We live less than 5 miles from another dealer who we got 2 vehicles from previously but they seemed to lose interest. Marc gets right to the point with no games or gimmicks. My wife and I have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership and their incompetent, unwilling to help staff. We leased our GLC 300 in May 2017.... Since that time it has been back at the dealership almost a dozen different times with glitches and mechanical errors. In the month of March/ April 2018 the car was in the shop for a total of 10 days over 3 different times, 2 of the times for the same issue that the mechanics there couldn't seem to fix the so-called recall. To make this more frustrating there was a recall on the breaks and upon returning the car to us they put the parts on backwards causing the car to jerk to the left and off the road while driving, of course the service department noted this issue as it need an alignment but let's be serious one of their drivers delivered the car in that state back to us. To top that off who knows how much more damage that caused the car. We have dealt with Jeremey Rettew who is our service advisor, we've spoken to Pam from finance department and mainly to the manager of the service department,Thomas Lathbury, who provided us with a record of the issues on August 31, 2018. Since that time we have not heard anything from anyone at that dealership who can help us get out of this terrible lease. We have called, left voice messages, texts and emails almost daily. Over a week ago my wife wrote a very extensive email letting them know our next step was to write a public review and go above and no one cared about that either. My wife has owned plenty of new cars ranging from Mitsubishi, Ford, Nissan, Audi and Mercedes and we would would never recommend Mercedes let alone Euro motor cars. We thought our 1st leasing/ Mercedes experience was going to be easier on us especially since Mercedes claims to be very reliable and customer service oriented. However this has been a nightmare and continues to be since no one seems competent enough to help us with our situation. The lack of professionalism from the staff their is beyond appalling. They do not care about their customers, their service department in general sucks, is managed terribly and their lack of follow up is the worst we have ever seen by such a big company. Hopefully this can save someone else the trouble of being frustrated, neglected and basically robbed. Their is nothing worse then paying almost $1000 a month for a car that is basically a lemon. In the shop more than not, having to have a dirty rental car, not being able to talk to someone who can help you with your very legitimate list of complaints and not even getting a response from those who told you they were working on helping. Never again.
Been with Euro Devon service for 7 years. Adam Macie always takes care of me and he provides exceptional customer service. He reviews all options and... has my interests in mind.
Purchased four new Mercedes over the last 10 years from Euro Motorcars Devon. Last Mercedes was a Lemon. Vehicle had same problem 4x in less than 9 months... and only 8,000 miles. Dealership did not stand behind its product. Did not correct the problem. I would never buy nor recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Euro Motorcars Devon. Problem continued to persistent. Had to trade Mercedes in on another vehicle from a different dealership.
I had been shopping for a new car lease and went to a ew dealerships. One in particular made me fee like I could not afford the car I was test driving.... I walked into the Euromotors Mercedes Benz dealership and Joseph Decarolis took care of me from that point on. He took the time to show me the car and test drive. We explore options and he was candid enough to suggest things that made sense and that didn???t not when configuring the car. He managed my expectations throughout the process and delivered a newer car model for the same price! I am as very pleasantly surprised. He continues to connect with me postsale so clearly his relationship with clients does not end with the sale. I highly recommend this place!
Great customer service- identified all the issues and fixed them promptly.i did not see my regular Service person. Very very long wait time in my opinion.
