I drove an hour and a half in 2017 to buy a truck here because they were the only one that had the color I wanted. That experience was a very good one... considering the stress of buying a car and was extremely satisficed. We got calls in 2021 about options they could offer to upgrade my truck, it sparked my interest so I took the long drive again to take a look at the new Tundra. I met with Peggy, who hands down gave me the best Truck buying experience. She is so good at listening, and doing everything she can to make sure you are conferrable with all aspect of the new financial obligation and need of new vehicle are met. I would not hesitate to make the long drive again to buy an new vehicle, hopefully when that time comes Peggy is still working there.
Luis was very helpful in every way throughout the process of purchasing our new Rav4 Prime. He was especially attentive assisting us in setting up our... phones for blue tooth and showing us the many features of our car. The only piece of constructive criticism is that we had declined a vehicle service agreement with Luis but with the financing agent felt it was pushed a bit too much. Otherwise an excellent experience.

Gin was will informed and provided a wide range of varied perspectives from which to view relevant considerations. Chad was courteous, thorough and efficient in finishing up the transaction. If contemplating the purchase of a car, definitely worthwhile to give them chance.
I had the pleasure of test driving a Toyota 86 from this dealership. The facilities were immaculate and the customer experience was amazing - a total... Red Carpet showing - LITERALLY had a red carpet for us to see the vehicle. Our Sales Consultant, Dewey, was courteous, no-pressure, and a delight to work with. While I was only there for a test-drive and vehicle research, I would highly recommend Ehrlich Toyota to any future buyers.

We just bought a used Sequoia from Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley. Ken Harvey, Paul Atkinson, and the Finance guy Travis Ratliff were awesome to work with,... and made everything as easy as they possibly could. Not only did they really take care of me during the entire sales process, but all the work they do to make their used inventory lot ready really gave me confidence in our new (to us) truck. I will begin with 21 degrees in Greeley Colo when my husband and I drove into Greeley the radio, heater, mirrors, and thermostat all went out. We went... to the only 2 shops we use in Greeley and both were not able to see me today. But I went to Erlich Toyota on a whim and went to speck to Service Manager Erin Schauer, who told me he might be able to fit our vehicle in for a diagnostics but it would be later on. He told us to pull in our vehicke and looked up a template of the fuses and tried to brainstorm this issue with my husband. We were treated as we were driving a 2017 Toyota when we have a1997 Toyota Avalon. He was so helpful,nice and concerned for us that he did manage to fit us in and get my heater working! I attempted to trade in a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Austin M. told me that the car needed some work on it and the value wasn't worth much for a trade in.... Well, I contacted him via email and asked questions about what needed to be done and what I needed to do to make this deal happen. I was ignored and no one ever bothered to return an email or phone call. I decided to go elsewhere and within 4 days I had a new car. Thank you, Ehrlich, for never bothering to help me out. Word of mouth is strong and I will let others know.
