I will not buy from you again.
This morning @ 9am I brought my 2020 Honda CRV in for service (Had an appointment) Told the person who came out that I had been working with Sirius with my radio trying to download a signal that would put the appropriate information in the radio so I could only listen to the channels I subscribe too. I was told Sirius doesn't download anything to my radio. Well I have been using Sirius for many years and have always received updates this way. But was not able to after working with the high level technician he told me my radio was bad and to take it into the dealership. I did and heard nothing positive except they would run diagnostics. They did and said all is well with the radio but the service person who said we are done told me again I have to have an active account with Sirius for them to be able to test it. I brought the car in because I am unable to get it fixed with Sirius. So I am between a rock and a hard place.
I will not buy from you again.
