    Had deal done. Called to let them know I had check from bank and wanted to setup delivery. No call back for 3 days finally get an email saying the vehicle sold. Huge waste of time. Find a different dealer!

    Lee, we apologize that we were not able to earn your business on the 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Had we come to agreement on terms of the sale, we would have held the vehicle for you with a minimal deposit, and set a time for delivery. As selling your boat was essential to complete this transaction, we considered taking it in on trade to accommodate your needs. We have attempted to reach you multiple times and followed up immediately after the vehicle became sold. Again, we apologize that we were not able to earn your business on the 2011 Jeep Wrangler.

    Ingersoll Auto of Pawling was incredible upon entry, to the minute I sealed the deal. Specifically, Libby, went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable on every level, and treated me like someone she knew personally, as opposed to someone she was simply doing business with. Libby made a point to care about more than just the vehicle I was purchasing, but she ensured everything else such as my other vehicle that was being returned to another dealership(end of a lease) was also squared away. Libby made the car purchasing process a breeze, and I never felt overwhelmed or taken advantage of. Thank you, For everything.

    I was very happy with Libby & Ryan from start to finish with the entire purchase of my car! I have purchased many vehicles from Ingersoll of Pawling.     I have to accept that they are very nice and polite with the costumers but at the end what's more important is the way how they do business. We've been agreed on the price and conditions on me buying a pre owned vehicle, left a security deposit as well, supposed to end the transaction in a couple of weeks, but guess what-they sold it a week before our terms. I already made my plans on having that car instead i had to leave my working days and spend time and money on a new research. The deposit?- yes they were kind enough to send it back to me after keeping it for over a week on their account. A suggestion to everyone who goes there: don't get to excited of their kindness, many surprises may happen after that. Be aware of mng Jimmy and salesman Leen.

Due to other financial commitments, you did not allow us to proceed with the sale and were not prepared for delivery. Because of this, we were not able to hold the vehicle and immediately contacted you to refund your deposit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

    The sales staff couldn't have made my shopping experience easier. They kept me updated every step of the way and Libby was super knowledgeable with the features and was great showing me how the in truck tech works. Most importantly they located the truck I wanted. I can't thank Torrey and Libby enough. When you can walk into the dealer and not feel nervous talking to the sales staff and feel like you spoke with a friend that is a win in my book.
