I am always impressed with the level of excellent service

I am always impressed with the level of excellent service and courtesy of the folks here. I have been going to them for more than a decade to get my car service and even to purchase new vehicles. I have never been disappointed! 10/10!

The advisors in the office are very friendly, polite and

The advisors in the office are very friendly, polite and professional. However, the shop is unreliable and one starts to wonder if any work gets actually done there. The most basic of services are forgotten, such us tire air check or windshield wiper fluid replenishment. One time they charged me for the cabin air filter I requested to be exchanged but they didn’t do it. How did I know? Because I had taken the old one out to check if I needed a new one and since it was dirty I just tossed it before heading to the dealership … well… they never put a new one in. So, how do I trust that my breaks or oil change is actually done?

Was greeted as soon as I walked in bt the receptionist,

Was greeted as soon as I walked in bt the receptionist, who then found a sales peraon for me. Henry Man is very nice. We discussed what type of car I wanted. Henry took me around the lot, then for a test drive in a 2023 Rogue SL. There was not a car that met what I wanted on their lot, but there was at another dealer. They immediately sent someone from Round Rock Nissan to go and pick it up and bring it back. Overall I think it took about 3 1%2-4 hours from start to finish, when I drove out with my beautiful new leased car.

I went to Round Rock Nissan and overall I still like the

I went to Round Rock Nissan and overall I still like the car. The one thing to double check is if the mechanics actually checked the car. The 180 point inspection is a joke because you can't understand the inspection list and I took it to another shop to double check to make sure everything was functioning properly because something felt off and I had it inspected again at Firestone. I called up Round Rock Nissan explaining everything and the manager said I took it to a mom and pop shop Firestone is not a mom and pop shop and I had the work done on a military establishment and if they are caught cheating soldiers they lose there license to work on Base.
