I made a 9:30am appointment for a basic maintenance and oil change on my car I bought from them almost a year ago. In my contract I got 3 free such visits.... I arrived on time and at time of check in I was told it would only take 1hr maybe a hour and a half. I said okay, parked a seat and waited for 1 hr and 40 minutes before asking the status of my car. I was told maybe another 15 minutes. I asked if it was possible to get my car sooner I had to go to work. I had to ask for it several times before someone got my car. I was late for work because I waited almost 2 hrs and when I walked out to my car there were employees slowly still working on it.
