Best salesman ever

My salesman at Tim Dahle Nissan, Stephen Galaso was the best. He was very helpful and fun. Best experience with a car salesman I've ever had. The finance guy, not so much AT ALL but I should have been better prepared. Stephen will definitely take care of you!

DON'T DO IT!!! Worst car purchase I have ever been through.

First of all they took thirty days to pay off out trade (twice as long as Utah law allows) so in the mean time we had to make a payment on the car we traded so that it didn't impact out credit. Secondly our temporary registration is about to expire. They have not sent the registration info to our local DMV. This was an out of state purchase and we bought the car on December 28th the temporary registration expires on Feb 10 two days from now so as of Sunday Feb 11 I assume we wont be able to drive our new car. This dealership has dropped the ball every chance they have been given. I should have read reviews on the dealership, I would never have gone there. Taker a look at their facebook page and read the reviews there. Its pretty telling.

Salesman, Mike O’Key Was Great

I just had a great experience buying a car at Tim Dahle Nissan at Southtowne. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Mike O’Key, was especially great. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He was friendly and took good care of us. He kept us informed throughout the process of buying a car.

Just Amazing Service Department!

I had my Armada vandalized when some jerk put something into my gas tank. The damage was extensive, and while driving to Tim Dahle, trying to reach them before they closed, my Armada finally died about a half mile short of the dealership. I ran to the shop just as they were closing. These guys heard my hard luck story and 5 guys jumped into action. They drove to my car to push the beast the full distance. I was dumbfounded that they were willing to help me, especially when they were expecting to go home. Next, the service department had to do a lot of detective work to get it working again. They continually kept in contact with me to keep me updated as to their progress. Several times they thought they had it fixed only to find something else go wrong. They relentlessly worked on each problem until it was solved. Last night, I drove the repaired car home. It's working perfectly!

Unprofessional and manipulative. Borderline criminal.

Buyer Beware! This dealership is now the proud owner of yet another well-deserved 1 star review (specifically the used car department). As an officer in the Air Force, integrity and professionalism are a standard that I'm used to working with. My experience here today felt unreal and possibly criminal as I left the building. To be fair, the individual responsible for earning this review (Waldo Jaquez...) may not reflect the poor attitude and lack of respect of everyone at this dealership. Even so, Nissan chose him as a manager and "team leader," so he is a representation of this dealership, and should act accordingly. All of that being said, I'll get to the specifics. Waldo started the conversation by jumping right into pricing. That's understandable, but we still had a lot of questions about the vehicle. There was a lot of information that wasn't readily available. In fact, it took 3 hrs to get all of the information we requested. Not only that, but in an attempt to speed the process, Waldo withheld information, and provided us with FALSE data about the vehicle and the warranty! This is completely unacceptable, but he didn't stop there.. When we proposed an offer based on the facts regarding the vehicle, he accused us of "wasting his time" and dismissed us without another word. I will be reporting him the owner of this dealership immediately. Be warned: if you are not Highly knowledgeable about the vehicle you're interested in, you WILL be mislead. Do your research, and ask questions. Get all of the truth data in written form before making a purchase or signing any documents!! Hope this helps any future buyers. If anyone wants to know more specifics, just ask.

Absolutely awful

First of all this isn’t about my car but my boyfriend’s. So my boyfriend took his 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5SE into this dealer for some issues and they said it was the transmission which they said they replaced. Next day when he drove about 40 miles or so and his car wouldn’t start properly and it was jerking when he accelerated. This got so bad to the point where he couldn’t go above 25 and we had to pull over and get it towed. They did pay for the towing but that’s the only good thing they did. They then told him it would be $100 to fix his car! When they didn’t do it right the first time. After he got it back his emission light came on and they even spilled something all over the dash in his car! Absolutely terrible place and in all honesty I wish I could give them 0 stars because I don’t believe they even deserve 1.

It did not happen..sorry

my intentions were to buy a new maxima. drove out to the dealership. Sterling did not meet me as promised. I talked to him one hour before I drove out., I never even saw Sterling. he may have been busy though. all of the sales men there appeared to stand offish or a little bit unfriendly. they would just look at you and not say hello or anything.....Im a very approachable and nice guy. I couldn't figure that one out. I finally talked to Brant Graves. he appeared to be very busy but spent some some time with me and was very nice and professional. I really liked the maxima, but they told me the only way I can get a discount is to accept the Nissan financing program at a 6% interest rate then I can cancel the finance program after 6 months and refinance with my own financial source. that was a deal killer, but I did end up buying a new 2018 Toyota Avalon. so as of today and now I am currently not in the market to buy a new car. thank you Nissan

horrible experience

My seat belt had broken and would no longer retract, my car is a 2009 and is under warranty. I had called and set an appointment, the lady told me it would take roughly 45 min. When I got to the dealership, I was not greeted and was not told where I could get any help. I spoke with the assist service manager, told him what I was there for and he asked if I wanted a quote and I told him it was under warranty. It seemed like after I said this, his whole attitude changed for the bad. He did not show any empathy towards my situation and he didn't make me feel like he was willing to help me at all. He told me that my VIN # was archived and he would have to call and make sure it was under warranty, and that take 24 – 48 hrs and after verified he can order the part, which could take another 3 days. I asked for a loaner car, and he told me that those were reserved for people that needed them… Hmmm, what was I??? Then he told me that I could come back when the part was in which is totally unacceptable, first off it is illegal to drive without a seat belt, and if I had been in an accident I could have been badly hurt. After I left I was so angry I called and complained to Nissan North America, crazy enough, after I called and complained my car was fixed in 2 days. It was overall a horrible experience as a customer.
