    John was able to get me a good rate with enterprise when I needed to rent. He communicated quickly once the problem was determined.

    I would never recommend this dealership after my experience. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey a few weeks ago without too much problem. I filled out the forms on their website to get pre-approved and value my trade in to save time at the dealership... supposedly. It saved no time at all since I was there for over 4 hours and they already had the car I was interested pulled up and ready. I was willing to let that go since I loved my new car. The front bumper had a small crack in it when I purchased it and the deal was I would bring it back the following week to be fixed and also get a remote starter installed. They said they would give me a rental car while the work was being done since it would be a couple days and I needed a way to get to work. After 2 weeks, not the next week as they told me originally, they were able to get my car in and put me in a rental letting me know it would be 2-3 days for the bumper and remote starter install. Today, after 3 days, I was forced to pick up my car with only the bumper fixed and no remote starter installed. They told me that because they use a 3rd party company for the remote install, the person who does it wasn't available until next week and since my bumper was already repaired, they didn't want to keep paying for the rental car. So now I am forced to schedule the remote starter install on my own time and having just started a new job, this isn't really possible since I work the same hours as the 3rd party company. Champions excuse was that since it's a 3rd party, it's out of their hands and they did everything they could to make it happen but they can't foresee the schedule of the installer. My question is why didn't they make an appointment over 2 weeks ago when I bought the car or even 3 days ago when I dropped it off? Now I'm inconvenienced by something that shouldn't have already been taken care of. I have to figure when I can take off work and sit around for a couple hours while the 3rd party installs my starter because Champion didn't take care of it and didn't want to pay any longer for a rental even though that was part of the deal I got in writing. Very unhappy with my experience after the purchase. Toronto Harrison is who I dealt with scheduling the repair and remote starter and I do not recommend it.

    Quick to check in, work performed quickly, no problems noted, friendly interaction with staff. It is still difficult to schedule appointments, though, from poor availability, to no online scheduling, to complete lack of returned voicemail messages.

    Had a transmission replaced and paid $3200 wonderful service, drive into the sunset, 19 months later my transmission starts to make a noise. I return it to shop and they tell me the transmission is bad. I say ok it still under warranty, they then tell me it is not because it is a Canada vehicle (But the trans is not?). After much discussion they replace it. Drove away and it is making the same noise, go back and they begin to tell me its other parts. I replace Transfer case as they suggest, then front and rear differential. Still hearing the noise. I eventually take to another Chrysler dealership who say its the Transmission (WTW). Now I go back to original Chrysler and they say the tranny is not under warranty anymore (4 months later). I need to pay another 3200. called corporate and nothing they can do cause I didn't PAY for the replaced tranny the warranty did. In tears, BEWARE!!!

    Talked with Jeff today who listened to my story and we went over my visits to champion and discussed the repairs done. Turns out the replacement was done Aug 27th at 150k miles, currently, I have 155k miles. however, the issue remains that the transmission was replaced and the warranty on the original transmission has expired (even though this was was bad instantly but not replaced). He did, however, inform me that he will take my situation to his higher ups and go to bat for me again. I will await his return call and keep you all updated. I will admit that I was not allowed to speak with Jeff the last time I was there (when told it was my differential) and that may have been my mistake, for the first time when they did not want to warrant the replacement he was the person who got it done.

    Well, everyone, Jeff called me yesterday and stated because I failed to tell him my vehicle was stolen and all they did was damage the bumpers that I didn't tell him everything. Still not seeing how that affected a problem I reported before the theft occurred. Jeff also stated the area manager for O'Brian Chrysler said my differential was locked although my receipts do not show they charged me but $104 for a drain and cleaning of the rear differential. All in All, Jeff says he went to bat for me, that he did all he could do. It is not their responsibility if the second replaced transmission was bad and the warranty (which is based on the first replaced transmission) expired 2 months after installing the second. Although I complained the same day of installing the responsibility falls on me because I didn't get irate at Steve when I continued to hear the noise and he tried to blame it on another part (that I replaced and noise remained. Customers beware of Champion Chrysler and mark your parts as I still feel they never installed the second transmission. Oh yeah, there are no model or serial numbers on my receipt to confirm the change in transmissions.
