Service advisor leaned during the day of service that my truck needed brakes. He apparently called someone else for authority accidentally who told him NO. Now I have to bring the truck back for brakes.

I've been in 3 times for software updates. The first two...
I've been in 3 times for software updates. The first two took 2 days, the most recent took 3 days. At this rate, by the time my car is a year old, it will have spent almost 2 weeks in the shop just for software updates. The car (new) only came from the factory with one key fob. I was told me to use my phone as a key, which doesn't work (and is the reason for the most recent software update). They estimated a second key fob to be around $300, but when I came in to pick up the car, the total was $600! I never received a phone quote of the actual cost, which I would have declined had I known it was going to be that much $. If Ford wants to be a leader in EVs, they should really get their act together better than this.

Promised an oil change in 2 hours. took 4 hours. text and voice mail asking for update were not returned. last oil change at this dealer was worse as they had my car ALL day and then tried to keep car over night. communication is horrible at this dealer.
