I took my car in for several repairs the service agent Tony Bradley was great he tried to help me to get Ford to fix some electrical problems my Ford Escape has very low mileage under 40,000 and is only 6 years old. He really tried but to no avail. I don't really want to pay for the repairs that Ford should be Responsible for.

My adviser was Tony he did a decent job my car was their for over two weeks. It was a little of me hassling him to get the rental. I did have to call the manger for me to get a response for an update. All in all they did fix everything on the car that needed to be done.
