She never answer the phone, never returned phone messages...

She never answer the phone, never returned phone messages and never did anything to my car in 14 days. Her manager didn’t seem to care either so I got my car back and took my business else where.

We had a great experience buying our expedition from AutoNation Tustin. All the employees we dealt with, went out of their way to assist us. They were all very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our salesman was Pouya and he was great opening any car we wanted to see and was able to answer all of our questions. He made us very comfortable making this purchase..

They were dishonest and I would not recommend them to...

They were dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone. Said the car was inspected (needed a $800 brake job), when I pointed out the problem during the 5 day return window they kept the car for for 5 days and did not offer a rental. Instead of fixing the brakes right (needed new rear drums because the old ones could not be turned) they just slapped on new pads. This dealership is no better than buying private party. Don't trust a word they say.

Service was terrible!!!!!! My car was not fixed after 7...

Service was terrible!!!!!! My car was not fixed after 7 weeks of being there! I called multiple times but your service department (Bella) did nothing. I ended up having my insurance tow my car to another repair shop as a result. Bella was non-responsive. I even called a general manager at the dealership pleading for help. Literally my car was there for 7 weeks and your service department would not provide info to my insurance so that my car could get repairs. I have never had such poor service from a dealership in my life and I’ve owned 15 new cars!!!! I’m calling Ford corporate today and to file a formal complaint.

Very good service. Tony was very courteous and professional. My truck was ready on time. Tony was unavailable when I arrived to pick it up but another service rep quickly processed my paperwork and I was on my way.

Made an appt, went in with a blank check and no timeline and this dealership still managed to make it a bad experience. Completely unorganized, off schedule, and incomplete work. Made me go figure out what (stock) parts I needed on my own. With all the ways business have evolved, how are dealerships still so terrible?

The process with AutoNation was excellent. Dylan, Robert and the entire team were patient while I changed what I was looking for, helped me find the right truck and didn't play any games. We brought our own financing and the dealer was never pushy, finance was pleasant. Dylan drove 85 miles each way, in traffic, on a holiday weekend to get the truck from a sister store.
