Great team, if you are shopping for a new or used car I would recommend giving them the opportunity.
Worst place ever they lied about everything
This is the worst car lot I have ever delt with in my life. I am stuck with a lemon car after I just drove it off the lot. Hector was the guy I delt with stay away they are a crook and will get you for anything they can.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Dont waste your time trying to buy a new vehicle from this dealership. The sales boy was nothing more than a puppet on a string. The sales managers are trained to HooDoo the customers. When they find out they cant blow smoke up your behind, they get backed in the corner and offer you your deposit back. I dont see how Austin Sipple sleeps at night
Will definitely be using Rod Hatfield Chevrolet to keep
Will definitely be using Rod Hatfield Chevrolet to keep my Chevy in shape! Brian Dick from the Service Department has been so extremely helpful during my recent trip there. He kindly helped me with my recall issue and made the process clear and easy. I cannot say enough good things about him! The other gentlemen on his team were also very polite and nice too! Thank you so much to the Chevy Service Dept. and Brian for taking care of me! I really appreciate it!
Don?t service your car at rod Hatfield
Poor service, don?t know what they are doing and are robbers
These people have absolutely no respect for a customer
These people have absolutely no respect for a customer after your hard earned money is taken.. I bought a brand new truck from Rod Hatfield Chevrolet, took it in for the first few services and then a recall. After every single visit my truck came out with grease all over, on my leather, steering wheel, paint outside. After complaints hardly even a raised eyebrow! Took it back again for shuttering and they said I need a new transmission, over 5k. They got their money from the warranty company, but I still don't have my truck after 6 weeks of waiting and thousands lost because " We don't do loaners at Rod Hatfield". No, but you'll sure milk every penny and every hour you can out of your customer though.

My vehicle was serviced and completed in the estimated time frame given! That was a first. Very pleased with the service.
Sean McCann was great to work with.
Sean McCann was great to work with. Took info over the phone and quickly got financing info to make the experience a breeze. Thanks for your courtesy and friendly service.
Poor Customer Service
I was scheduled to have my brakes serviced monday 7-11-2022 at 9am on my 2019 Chevy Silverado. My advisor was Brian Dick who greeted me and check in my vehicle and we had a small conversation my vacation and his upcoming vacation to FL in a few days. Brian advised me that there was an $180 diagnostics fee and the truck had to sit 24 hours before Rod Hatfield could look at it and I was ok with it. Expecting a call from Brian late Tuesday or early morning Wednesday I never heard from Brian. Wednesday morning close to noon I called Rod Hatfield to speak with Brian and the receptionist told me Brian was busy and she would give him a message to call me about my truck. I never received that call. Around 2:30 pm I showed up at Rod Hatfield to question Brian about the status of my vehicle and he immediately look at the computer and told me he should know something Thursday morning. I said ok. I saw that my truck wasn't in the building and then saw that my truck was parked out back. Thursday came and still no call from Brian about my truck. I then went by the dealership and saw my vehicle in the same parking spot in the rear of the building as I saw Wednesday. I then called Rod Hatfield to try to speak with the manager over the service dept. I was then told by the young lady who answered the phone that Shawn Mullins (not sure of spelling) was with another customer. I asked for another person who is in charge and I was placed on a brief hold for her to come back and say that person was unavailable as well. She then told me she could take my info and have someone call me back. I explained to her I was on my way to the dealership and let someone know to bring my truck from the rear of the building with my keys and I wanted no contact with Brian. I had left seeing that my truck was park in the back and was 10 minutes away from the dealership when I made the call. By the time I pulled in the parking lot of the dealership, my truck was parked outside of the service building. I walked in where Brian Dick was standing behind his desk and he immediately told me he was sorry and they were too busy to get to my truck. He had some paper on his desk along with my keys. The paperwork had a zero balance. I signed the paper and took my vehicle off the property and headed to Dan Cummins in Paris and they diagnosed the problem in 2 hours. Friday I was called by Candy Hardy of Dan Cummins and she told me my vehicle was complete and there was a zero charge. The trucks brake system had air in the lines and needed to be bleed of the air. I appreciate DAN CUMMINS for their great service.
Bad experience
Why write a review nobody going to do anything about it! All I’m going to say is don’t buy a vehicle from them! The service department is horrible..how can you sell a vehicle and not have Mechanics that know how to work on them.
