    Ok, This is the only Dealership I am ever going to go to. February 4th, 2017, this car lot was able to get me in a 2017 Cruze...where other car lots would not even look at me. Saturday, October 21st, I took my Cruze in for it's regular check up and we was looking at the Trucks. My wife and me went to talk to a car salesman about what to do about getting a truck. Well, they took us in and talked to us and told me that they couldn't get me in that particular truck. They came around with a 2017 Metallic Silver 1500 Silverado 4*4. They took my Cruze, no down payment on it, and I got to drive it off the lot That Saturday. Love the service and love the financing team for getting me in my truck.

    This dealership has no regard for the time of waiting customers, does not put scheduled work from its on-line appointments on the ticket, and charged for a service not performed. When contacted regarding these items, their response showed that customer loyalty and satisfaction are not a priority. I would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone based on the unprofessional manner in which they carried out this service visit.

    I saw a 2018 Traverse online and emailed for information. I received a call and email the next day from Hillary in the Internet Department. She was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond even getting numbers pulled together for me since I lived an hour away. I felt so confident about it that I took off work early and drove the hour to sit and work out the deal. When I got to the dealership I was greeted promptly, in fact several folks came up to me and directed me to Joe Cardoso my sales guy. Joe is a great guy, not pushy at all. He showed me the Traverse and was VERY knowledgeable about all of the new features and how it everything operated. We went on a test drive then came back to the dealership to put some numbers together. The numbers were out of my price range so he offered to show me another Traverse with less options. I had to step out and call my wife several times but Joe stayed patient with me and continued to go back to his managers to make the deal work. Again, not once I was pushed into something I didn't want or was I swayed to go one way or the other. I feel I got the best deal I could have and I'm happy with the results. I'm hoping to pay on the car a year or so then go back and see Joe and at that point get the one with all the bells and whistles. Joe at Rod Hatfield has a customer for life!!

    I inquired about a certain vehicle that was in stock. I have to give it to the dealership on being prompt in contacting me. I however was mislead about the vehicle. I was told of one issue from a walk around, when I arrived I discovered problems that would have amounted to $1,500-$2,000 to fix. I wasn't even interested at that point, but I did end up purchasing a SUV at another local dealership so it wasn't a waste.

    I would like to be able to give a star lower than one for the service I received here this morning. If you want to waste money and time, this is the perfect spot for that. I called them two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for an oil change and maintenance, they told me the price was less than $30. After going to my appointment I received a bill for over $50 for an oil change and "maintenance". The maintenance report showed the car has no problems, although my car has been diagnosed at other companies with major problems (alternator going bad, two parts going bad under both front tires, front brakes need to be changed). Not to mention that the front light was not working during the time of the inspection, they did not even report the bad light on the maintenance report. When I brought this up to customer service manager today, he obviously did not care about my concerns simply stating "I'll take care of it". I am not sure how he was going to take care of it as he did nothing for while I was there today and did not provide me with any further instructions regarding the situation. Very poor customer service, If anyone wants any additional information about this to support my claims feel free to email me, I have my report from this company today and I have reports when I had the tires changed around a year ago when they noticed the broken parts under both front tires. The parts were not changed, yet this failed to flag on the maintenance report today.

    Horrible Customer Service Skills in the Repair Dept. Took my daughters 2006 Malabu in for repairs, recall notice and to purchase tires on December 29, 2016. Also, asked for car to be put on diagnostic machine due to Engine light on. I was told 13 codes came up on diagnostic machine, when I asked to see the print out they could not provide the print out. The said it was part of the history but they could write the codes down. I said fine write the codes down, they came back and then said only 1 code came up. Took to another place to have diagnostic test and 2 codes came up and the other place was able to give me print out. Saturday, March 25, 2017 daughter was driving car. Car started shaking and she pulled over on highway. Noticed bump on side of tire, called roadside service company to have tire looked at. Was told tire looked to be defective from inside could not be patched. Took car to business that sales tires and was told the same thing and told I should take tire back to Rod Hatfield. Called Rod Hatfield in advance so they could make sure tire was available. When my daughter got there she was told something had hit her car, not a defective tire. The tire was not scraped or damaged in any other way accept for the bulge on the side. I called Rod Hatfield and they told me my daughter had bumper damage and that is what caused tire to be that way. Bumper damage was there on December 29, 2016 and had been that way for ~ 4 years. Rod Hatfield was not willing to replace the tire OR pro-rate a new tire. They basically called my daugher a liar and told her that her car had been hit and that is what caused damage to tire. Not willing to work with the customer at all, even though we had spent over a thousand dollars on repairs and tires in December. Due to their terrible customer service skills they lost a new 2017 car sale of a Malabu that was going to be purchased and a customer; all over a tire that they would rather imply that the customer was a liar over and not willing to work with the customer. I will drive miles to go to another Chevrolet dealership or repair shop before I would go back to Rod Hatfield,

    Van limped in with overheating problemsand radiator fluid leaks. Hatfield got me in within an hour (even though they looked busy). Located the problem with a cooling line leak, and not only fixed the problem, but sent us on our way without charging me for the parts or labor. What more could I ask from anyone. The repair got me to my destination in Tenn. and back home in Ohio without any problems. I could not thank them enough. By the way I just picked out Hatfield because they were the closest to us at the time and we were in need of repairs. I knew nothing about them at the time except that they were a Chevy dealership, and this type of dealership could help us right now. Service Dept. at major dealerships get a bad rap at over charging people. Not even close at this one. What a great bunch of people. Thanks, again.
