We went in twice to test drive a Honda Ridgeline and both times they couldn't get it started and they had all kinds of excuses I was not about to return a third time to do a test drive he should have been all over us with special offer or lower price because it had been on the lot since September of 2020

Best Car Buying Experience
This was the best experience we've had buying a new vehicle. Our sales person, Carl was knowledgeable, friendly and handled everything quickly and professionally during the whole process. Finance was great too! This time buying a new car was enjoyable. I recommend this dealership!!

I bought a new truck from here in January of 2018, I’ll start off by saying that the salesman was very professional and helpful. But after we were done and I went to the financing department that’s when the problems started. The guy I worked with was very rude and pushed me into buying a service contract that I didn’t need, he also acted like I was stupid for having a different opinion. I agree to it because I had already been there for six hours. I then left the dealership in my new truck only to realize 5 miles down the road that the gas light came on. You would think if you are buying a new vehicle that you would get a full tank of gas like all other dealers. I am writing this review now because I have since traded the vehicle in due to needing a larger cab. I tried to call finance for almost 3 weeks and left 4 messages until finally talking to someone to get a refund on what’s left of the service contract. Come to find out that they are not refundable. Even though the contract says they are at a prorated rate. I’m now out $2000 for something I didn’t even want in the first place. There are better dealers out there, this place is shady.

Very easy going salesman, unpressured buying process, very polite and professional, my wife and I came here 4 different times before finally deciding which vehicle was best for us, each time our salesman was patient with our decision making process and our hyper kids that were jumping around while we were trying to buy the truck
Service director is a joke
I brought my vehicle here for different times trying to be patient to have a simple recall fixed this last time the service director was involved and he is a total clown I will never step foot in this dealership again
Don’t buy extended warranty
So at first when I walked in everyone was polite out going giving water making you feel comfortable. Francis was super nice but once I qualified or whatever he started acting like whatever at first he gave me a price which I was ok with then he said wait care back with a bigger price .... I was in need of a car so Bradley but I got ripped off they didn’t explain right the extended warranty which brought he car up to 7,000 more tried canceling the warranty James was super rude on the phone saying I can’t do it which is super weird.called the company 15 times when they finally answered I said I’ve been trying to call, he answered rude “well we’re busy” Never buying from this company again we live we learn ... very disappointed they just want you in and out take your money. Should of played it smarter
Don't buy extended warranty
Bought extended warranty tried canceling it the next day. They would not do it. Tried using the warranty what a joke. Dealing wuth warranty company was a bigger joke. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF
I can only say fantastic things about this place! After searching for days straight (Dodge dealer in Motor City included) they ended it all lol. Tyler was great, the whole team made possible what the other places could not. It was a long day but WOW they went above and beyond and we left with a magnificent machine for way less of a payment then we ever imagined. HUGE shout out to GARTH in finance!!!!! A couple hiccups along the way equaled to this man being absolutely amazing!! Pizza and wings coming your way soon ;)
After losing my car to a hail storm like so many this year, I was stressed about having to purchase again. The team at Colorado Springs Dodge was amazing. Aaron was patient and helped find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and Adam worked his butt off to get me to the payment I was interested in and James was thorough in finance explaining my warranty. I felt very relieved after the stress of buying a new car was forced upon me. I would recommend Colorado Springs Dodge to everyone in the market.
