    My service advisor, Amanda Sisk, provided me with a truly exceptional customer service experience. She was knowledgeable in answering all my questions, kept me posted about the progress of the work that was being done on my A8, and alerted me to issues that came up along the way. The work was done on time and on budget. And even though she was not the service advisor for my wife’s car, Amanda immediately stepped up and handled some last last-minute issues when we picked her car up. Amanda is a true professional who obviously cares about everyone receiving a positive customer experience, even if they are not her direct responsibility. Amanda’s demeanor, professionalism, and can-do attitude is a credit to Audi Arlington and added a new positive dimension to the experience I've had as an Audi owner for the past 17 years. If you have an occasion to bring your car in for servicing to this dealership, be sure to request that Amanda Sisk be your service advisor.

    Terrific experience. Gabe Ramos and Robert Ku made car buying pleasant again. I had enjoyable and informative conversations about the product I wanted and nothing about this felt rushed or pushed. Gabe went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered and my needs met right down to picking me up at the airport in my new car when I flew in to town. If you're considering an Audi, give these guys an opportunity and you probably won't come away dissapointed.

    The salesman was very nice but I was't impressed with his upper management. I had an issue that required the manager to get involved and felt a little uneasiness while talking with him. Also after I purchased the car I found that the front rotors need to be replaced which upset me since the car had just been inspected less than a month before I purchased it. I would have expected the dealer's inspector to have found the problem and required the rotors to be replaced before placing the car on the lot for sale.

    I traded in a used Audi from out of state, and purchased a used S 8 from Audi of Arlington. My sales person was Betty Gebreyessus, she was great and buttoned up the deal with zero complications. I would use them and her again and I recommend as well.

    Not that anybody wants to do this but...purchased my brand new Q7 in November. Orr Deutsch was our friendly, helpful salesman. Overall, what you'd expect when you buy a $70k vehicle. 5 weeks later - hit from behind. 5 weeks later - drivers insurance declares it a total loss and offers 60k for our "used" car. Our insurance co says the same thing. Lesson learned - switching to Liberty Mutual, which provides true replacement insurance. Who goes the extra mile for us? Orr. Scours the Audi network to find a replacement. In the entire US, the closest car is in Ohio. Goes to bat with his sales manager, who not only agrees to pay for the transportation costs, but finds a way to shave a little off the sticker. Which Audi never does on the Q7. Who'd a thunk the dealership would be the compassionate hero? Highly recommend Orr Deutsch if you are looking for a high over Forman every car.

    There is a safety recall I am trying to get done from these unprofessional service agents and I keep calling to schedule an appointment but it looks like is the harest thing they have ever done.Going to call corporate next.please go to another dealership for service but the sales department is the best. I will drive miles to get the best satisfaction.
