Let me start by saying that I plan on getting rid of my

Let me start by saying that I plan on getting rid of my vehicle this year because the service at Cherry Hill Mercedes is so bad. I do not recall a service appointment that was less than a 2 hour wait and that’s with appointments. My recent oil change wait was over 2 hours..  Minutes after leaving  I notice a leak from my windshield washer fluid (there was no leak when I arrived at the dealer).  I was told to come back in a couple of days and they would fix it. I arrived when they first opened the doors and was told it would take about an hour to fix. Three plus hours later and over a hundred more dollars to fix a problem that I didn’t have before coming in has made the decision clear. This vehicle has to go because I have no intention of ever returning to this dealership.

AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!!!!!!!! THEY CANNOT FIX YOUR CAR AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. 0 STARS AND THE CUSTOMER SURVEY WILL REFLECT THAT. THIS DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ZERO REDEEMING QUALITIES

I’ve owned 3 Mercedes in the past 10yrs.

I’ve owned 3 Mercedes in the past 10yrs. All though I live in Jersey I’ve always dealt with Wilmington because I heard Cherry hill had bad customer service. This year I decided to give them a try. I scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up from my home on Tuesday July 23rd for service. The day before I received a text reminding me of the appointment. Tuesday came and no one came to pick up my car. I called several times and was only able to talk to the operator. She saw my appointment in the system but had no answer to why no one came to get my car. She told me she would leave the service manager a message to call me because she wasn’t working in the office. To this day July 29th, no one from Cherryhill Mercedes has reached out to me. This must be the kind of customer service I heard about. The next day I made an appointment with Wimington Mercedes, where I’ve never had a problem

You Decide……

I am sorry that this review is a bit long & I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I wanted others to hear my experience and not to be a victim like I was. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes and I wanted a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) done. Since, Mercedes of Cherry Hill, New Jersey had such high reviews on Google (4.2 out of 5 with 1,042 reviews at the time) I thought this dealership was a great choice. An appointment to do the PPI was scheduled on October 13, 2022. I also provided a detailed list of items of concern to the Service Department Manager who has 20 years of experience on the job. He assured me that he would add this list to the PPI. I received the PPI by email and all checked out (green/good) with no major concerns mentioned on the PPI or on my personal request check list. My name was not put on the PPI even though I requested it and paid for it by credit card. However, the PPI invoice says it was paid in cash and instead of my name being on it, the Sellers name was put on the PPI. Why? I found out later that the Seller was a Technician/Mechanic for the PPI Dealer. Please note: The Seller nor Mercedes of Cherry Hill, NJ disclosed this to me as it would have obviously raised concerns about conflicts of interest. So, two days later I purchased the vehicle on Saturday, October 15, 2022 based on the good PPI report received from the Mercedes of Cherry Hills, NJ. Dealership. On Tuesday, October 18, 2022, I took the Mercedes to have the NYS Annual inspection done (a legal requirement of NY state). It FAILED miserably!!!! When I asked why, the foreign repair shop that specializes in Mercedes explained and showed me pictures of the various and many problems. I then, requested that they do a Post-Purchase Inspection because I was now very concerned about the complete safety and reliability of the Mercedes. Upon receiving their report & pictures, I was shocked to see the very long list of failing, failed or damaged parts that needed to be replaced many needed immediate attention. MANY of the SAME items that Mercedes of Cherry Hill claimed to have inspected and passed 'GREEN' had failed, were failing or obviously damaged. That was completely contrary to the "PPI" received from them. Would I use Cherry Hill for a PPI? A resounding "NO". Their PPI was neither accurate, truthful nor factual. The definition of Fraud is: "Fraud involves the false representation of facts, whether by intentionally withholding important information or providing false statements to another party". After sending many emails to responsible people at the dealership which included the owner Mr Hartung, I received only one response from Mr Goulian. He is the General Manager of the dealership. However, even after talking to him, no explanation was offered nor any attempt to resolve this problem.

Awesome experience and service

Top notch service. My 22nd year experience with Cherry Hill Mercedes has been second to none. I have the same service advisor for 22 years. Ted Levine is always there when needed. My salesman Diego is knowledgeable on all that Mercedes and the dealership has to offer. Constant communication and customer service oriented. Never pushed trying to make a sale. It's not about the sale its about the service and attention to customer needs!

Thieves

Took my diesel 2014 E250 for oil change and emissions recall ,, they did not do the recall correct been back 6 times and still not correct took to another Benz dealership they won’t fix the f Ed up job CH Benz did .. also got an alignment tires were bald and alignment never done .. didn’t know ties were worn inside till I did some detective work and found it my self .. also they were supposed to do an oil change and scheduled maintenance. I checked the oil and it was black and dirty service never done, service manager told me they put their pants on the same as everyone else .. but they took my money when I thought they did the services they said I did … don’t go there ever ..2nd time they f up my car first time they never put oil in the engine when I had an oil change done ,, found out on way home when all dash board lights went on … took it back and they put oil in the engine and said they were sorry … do not go there …. No apologies or anything

New Car Experience

Brent Waters is the best hands down. I would highly recommend him and this facility. Great customer service. I Love my new car a lot

If your looking for frustration, go to CHMB

-THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER IN SERVICE. My mothers first time servicing her gle350 here, was recommended to TED by a former employee. NO COMMUNICATION. Had to ASK REPEATEDLY for an email copy of the estimate over the span of 3 days (they didn't even bother to get her email at her drop off for service). Don't expect a service loaner if you did not purchase your car from them, even though paying over 1K for the services done. ANGELA BROWN, the "Service Manager" has the same customer service skills as an over worked food industry employee. Everyone had an attitude when speaking to them and questioning the RO bill, they literally could CARE LESS. Car was in service for 5 days for a "4 hour job" because it was PULLING TEETH to get ahold of someone and have them send the RO to approve any work. I've never experienced anything like this working in the industry for over a decade. Tried to overbill hours until I questioned and then "oh, sorry I was given the wrong information" -- If your looking to get a swift kick in the gut and talked to like your beneath them, then head on down to Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill. I wish we would have read the reviews before going, as these two we dealt with appear to have this issue with multiple people. Glad Cherry Hill Imports really cares what customers think! (had to give at lest one star to post review)

horrific service experience

Horrific service experience at this dealership. This review is not for sales but their service department. Lets start with the appointment called in a day before and asked them to change the appointment to todays date and was told its done which it wasnt. Luckily someone followed up from online service team/ sales team (not sure) but helped me reschedule the appointment for today. When i went into dealership the first issue with the windshield was not covered under warranty the next issue which is changing the knob/dial mechanism on the center console took them 4 hours to complete ... seriously if i haven't bought the car from you dose not mean u have to make your money by other means. My service advisor JEFFREY did not know any thing seriously this guy was sleeping at the job. I literally have to goto him to ask for updates ... this dude keep telling me they are working on it ended up waiting for 4 hours..xxxx get up and smell the coffe ... then their parts department is another issue .... they don't give out part numbers ? Who do that ?? I was like seriously the manager backed him up, that this is our policy. When i asked him where its written no answer from him!! Conclusion , I’m not sure about sales so wont comment on that ... but for service please run away from this dealership their service associate Jeffrey is slow as xxxx and their service department will try to make money out of you ... i thought 2020 was weird !!!
