As any other dealership they try to sell you stuff that you don't need. The GPS tracking package is something I didn't want. I didn't need. This dealership was adamant on me purchasing it. They wouldn't take no for an answer. I would not recommend this dealership to a friend or family.

I bought a great car here, near the end of the business day on a Friday night. We negotiated the terms, and being aware of the time constraint, I suggested I return the following day to do the paperwork. No, I was told, we can get it done in just a few minutes. I asked the salesman to review our terms, we agreed on them, and I signed the docs in a hurry, not having time to review the details. The next day when I read the docs I discovered the dealer had added a total of $2,698 to my contract. This amount was added to the contract price and added to the amount financed. The charges were for "optional" products that I was not told of. I've tried for the last four days to resolve this issue with Karl, the roadblock who acts as general manager here. Karl refused to meet with me as I sat in the sales office for two hours on 9/20/22. Despite having promised to return my phone calls over the past few days, not one call was received. Maybe Karl will chat with me in court. We'll see. Run away from this place.

After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good used car, great deal and wonderful people to work with. Thanks a ton AJ, Pouria, and Carlos !!

Was looking to sell my 2018 Kia Niro at EC Superstore because said they would beat my carmax offer of $18k. Was there last Tuesday for two hours with no negotiation and no answers. They first offered me $17k, and I said no. They then proceeded to make me wait for two hours claiming my car had “sun damage” and a “dog had been in the backseat”. I had just got it detailed, I don’t have a pet, and the sales woman said to me twice “we probably won’t even paint it before putting it on the lot”. I decided to stop wasting my time and try another dealership five minutes away. I sold my car for the $18k I wanted within 45 minutes. Please, do not waste your energy and time by settling for this horrible business! I drove less than five minutes up the road to a Kia Dealership and sold my car for the 18k I wanted to sell it for. Do not settle or be cheated by these crooks.
