    Chad Jahn has handled multiple transactions for us and has consistently exceeded our expectations. Every encounter has been handled efficiently,with exceptional service and the utmost professionalism! Buying a new Lexus is the ultimate experience that other dealers can only hope to achieve. Safro North Shore and Chad Jahn make leasing or buying a Lexus a most enjoyable experience. Chad always keeps us informed of upcoming promotions and he is very knowledgable of the specifics.

    Was treated the way a customer expects! Pete Stein completed all of my paperwork quickly and accurately. Val Batard, our salesperson, was very personable and extremely patient. Explained all of the new technology perfectly. Will definitely be back. Great experience!!

    I went last Friday to look at a 2012 Audi S5 and drove 90 minutes to this dealer.....and I WAS SHOCKED how filthy this car was, I could NOT believe they tried to sell this car to me. It had NOT been detailed on the inside and they had had the car for 2 weeks and the sales persone KNEW I was coming to look at this car.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I was so disappointed.....I would never show anyone a car that had not been detailed

    Absolute worse service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have bought 5 Lexus' in 12 years and never in my life would have thought my Lexus experience could have been so bad. First 2 people who answered phone in service had no idea Lexus had come out with a new L Certification program over two months prior. After 3 calls in 4 days to try and get certification service completed, I showed up next day and they still did not have me scheduled right for certification work. When I left, service manager completely ignored me, I assume because he knew he was wrong and too embarrassed to face me. By the way, his name is Scott!

With the new L-Certified program, you receive a 2 year/unlimited mile bumper-to-bumper warranty as well as your next 4 scheduled maintenance's included. We understand you came to our Service Center to fulfill your first complimentary service, which is covered by the Lexus Certification, and we truly appreciate your loyalty. At no fault of your own, a large amount of miles were accumulated on your vehicle before Lexus could issue a proper Certification number. Your situation was the first of its kind since the new L-Certified Program was launched. Since the system did not trigger your vehicle being Certified quick enough to catch up with your mileage, Lexus was unable to cover the cost of this service. We apologize for the inconvenience and because of this disconnect with Lexus and the frustration that ensued, our Service Manager, Scott Elrod, covered the service cost for your visit as a gesture of our concern for your satisfaction. At Lexus North Shore we pride ourselves on the level of customer service we consistently deliver. We understand your concern and we take matters such as these seriously.     Have dealt with MANY high-end automobile dealers over the years and this is the only time I felt compelled to share a review. Everyone at the facility was professional, polite and personable. My salesperson (Valery) was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I enjoyed the time I spent with him. They also provide a "Technology & Delivery concierge", Aaron, who patiently helps you understand how to use most of the key technology in the vehicle; he even works with you to personalize many of the settings during the orientation. He saved me a lot of time trying to learn all of the vehicle's features. The culture of the team at this dealership is one against which all others should be benchmarked! Could not have been more pleased. This dealership is under the same ownership and leadership as Lexus in Brookfield and my experience there is identical...not a coincidence!

    I ws looking for a LS 460, 2013 or newer through Cars.com. This dealer had just what I was looking for but I live in CO and they are in WI. Dan made me feel Good and comfortable about dealing with an out of state dealer. He even drove it out to me and took the time to go over it and it's features. The car was just as advertised and was below retail. Great car, price and service provided. I would not hesitate to deal with this dealer or Dan again. Thanks and I am loving the car.

    Came to Lexus North Shore under a recommendation from a friend, and it was the best decision I made in this whole car purchasing experience. I worked with a handful of the team members like JJ and Aaron who helped me every step of the way. The team was knowledgeable and thorough in there evaluation of the vehicle and the entire financing process was hassle-free. Big Shout out to JJ, Aaron and Brian for making this first car buying experience a fantastic one! I will definitely be back in the future for more automotive needs.

    Tried to buy a CT from them since the price is more attractive. Contact them online and called in both for information. The salesman Anthony called me back the next morning and told me the car is still available. He told me that he would make sure that car is available and asked me to apply for online credit. I told him that I can come with cash (therefore, I don't need to finance since the rate is not good anyway) as long as he can help me take care of all the paperwork except signature. 3 hours later he called me back telling me that the car is sold already. What a surprise! He told me that he will talk to the manager and call me back. No info ever since. Stay away form them. Waste of time and energy! I personally have bought 4 cars from Lexus and never was treated like this! Not professional at all! Good luck, North Shore!

    Lexus North Shore has always given me exceptional customer service. My 2008 RX needed a new water pump and I dropped off my car on a Thursday evening. I was asked what vehicle I would like--I've been wanting to test drive the new NX for some time and they were able to give me an NX. I live 50 miles away so I was surprised that they would allow me to have the NX for the entire weekend considering the distance. Not only did I enjoy driving the NX for a few days, my repair was done satisfactorily.
