I didn't have a satisfying experience with my purchased, I bought a 2015 preowned Infiniti Q50, very nice car, my sales person wasn't familiar with th
e product he was selling, he was unable to demonstrate how to work features of the car, he also gave me wrong key, the car came with two keys, I didn't realize I had the wrong key until I brought the car back for service, I pointed out to the service rep that the key may need batteries because it didn't work, I was then advised that key didn't belong to car. To make matters worse, apart of my purchase agreement was to bring the car back to paint scratches that were on the front and back bumper, everytime I would call my sales rep to set up an appt, he wouldn't answer my call or reply to my emails, the only way I could speak with him was calling the facility and have them track him down. I finally got an appt to fix my car a month later, they painted the back bumper and not the front, although I confirmed with my salesperson upon leaving the car that both back and front bumper needs paint, To make the story even worse upon picking up the car, I pointed out to my salesperson that the front bumper wasn't painted, he tried to convince me that what I am seeing aren't scratches, they are bugs? So if this bumper was freshly painted why are bugs on it? The facility itself is ok, people are friendly but their sales people need better customer relations.
