We've been looking at multiple brands and dealt with multiple dealerships. After walking into the dealership, we could tell it was the right place to shop for our new vehicle. We were greeted but not swarmed, and had a chance to look at some vehicles on the the showroom floor. Al waited patiently until we saw that we had questions. He listened to our needs and fit us to the right vehicle.

Forester
We purchased a Forester which had 14,000 miles. Luke Latham was probably the best salesman we have worked with anywhere. Even though we test drove new vehicles this was what worked best for us. Everyone else was informative and helpful... This was a really good experience and I would recommend this dealership to others !

Typical Bait and Switch
Give you a good deal but when they say your credit rating isnt perfect it comes out they realized they gave me too good of a deal and took it back even though another dealer offered me the same car with my same credit ......... Very interesting and there are rating that this dealer has the worse service around. So dont always believe the perfect and positive ratings it all depends on the circumstances .

Best car purchase experience I've had!
My experience at Patrick Subaru was all around great. Great people, great service and great cars! John Watt helped me pick out a new car, went through every detail and made my purchase as easy and fast as possible. I have nothing bad to say about this place and Patrick Subaru will be number 1 stop if I want to purchase another Subaru in a few years. Thanks guys! 10 out of 10!

A Positive Visit to the Dealership
Normally, visits to the dealer can be anxiety-inducing but as soon as we walked into Patrick Subaru, we knew things would be different. Every employee we spoke with inside pleasant and helpful and the associate with whom we worked was no less. Frank certainly knew the ins and outs of the vehicle which we wished to purchase and he was adamant in ensuring that we also knew everything about the vehicle we were purchasing. We came in on a Saturday and two days afterwards, I drove away a new Subaru Outback 2016. Quality car at a quality price, given the extra add-ons that we decided to go with.

Great experience with Ash Shaker
I am something of a car slut--have leased 4 cars in the past 8 years. I now need a car with good visibility and safety features. My best experience has been with Patrick and Ash Shaker. He was courteous, honest, patient, and well versed in the ways that the 2 cars I test drove might suit my needs. I will for sure go back to Ash in the future and urge anyone looking for a Subaru to deal with him. I am a professional woman and have been a bit dissed at other dealerships. Ash was always respectful. I am happy with my new Forester.

A Positive Car Buying Experience
On my way to visit my wife in the hospital my car was hit and totally wrecked, I was a very stressful time for us and now we had to look for a new car. We had bought a Suburu from Luke Latham two years earlier and were impressed with his knowledge, integrity and straightforwardness. We decided to contact him again. Luke was concerned and supportive of our current situation and said he would work with us to get a car as soon as possible, He recalled the features of our last car and reviewed Patrick's inventory with us. He described his cars in detail and we prized his advice. Our experience with Luke Latham and Patrick Suburu was honest, open, trustworthy and direct, I felt relaxed as we closed the deal.
