Patrick Subaru

I was interested in a Forester and visited a couple other dealerships, but ended up back at Patrick where I'd bought my Legacy. I trusted the dealership because of my previous experience. I was fairly sure of what I wanted when I came in, but Jeff spent the time to go over the car's features and made sure that we understood what we were getting. There was a Forester on the lot that met my requirements, so we went with that. The negotiations were reasonable, and I feel I got a fair price on the car and the extended warranty. Another reason I came back was the service department. The first time I brought my previous Subaru in for a repair, they didn't really fix it, and I was pretty annoyed that I had to return. But after that through some fairly serious problems (including transmission replacement under warranty), they were always very sympathetic and helpful. Kudos especially to John and Melissa for their help.

Myself and the girlfriend went to look for a new, larger vehicle for her needs. We went to Patrick based on their excellent recommendation on this site. We were not disappointed. We dealt with Joe Domenicucci, and he was able to work with us to find the vehicle that perfectly fit what she was looking for, at a price we could deal with. There was no hassle, we were not pressured, and while they didn't have the color she wanted in stock, Joe made arrangements to get this, and set clear expectations as to when it would arrive. Fast forward to the car's arrival, we went in, were able to get the paperwork together without being pressured on the 'extras' that all of the dealerships offered, and drove off with her brand new Crosstrek. We would definitely deal with this dealership again next time we're in the market.

My experience was direct, friendly, questions answered, and no pressure. After having my last car for 17 years, I sort of dreaded the car buying experience but Patrick Subaru made the experience straight forward.

He helped us decide whether we wanted a forester or an impreza, and worked with us to get the out-of-door price we wanted with no hassle, very little (and easy) negotiation, and with a very comfortable monthly payment. Would recommend, and will probably return when our second car dies.

John Watt, our sales consultant, is knowledgable and thorough. He took a lot of time and care to be sure we understood all the features of the car. He also made it clear that he was available to answer any questions we would have after we drove the car for a while. We are very happy with our Subaru Forester and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Once upon a time I very much disliked the process of bargaining for a vehicle, then I met Darrald. Once upon a time I would get sick to my stomach at the mere whisper of the word "salesman," then I met Darrald. xxxx, once upon a time I detested wasting my time writing an online review, then I met Darrald. Darrald is everything a car buyer could ever wish for. In a field where everyone is out to suck the blood out of your veins, Darrald holds a firm grip on the high moral ground. Darrald is solely concerned about getting you into the vehicle "you" feel is right for you, as opposed to trying to force feed you the vehicle overstaying its welcome on the dealer's lot. Darrald is a man on a mission, which is unequivocally focused on meeting your needs and creating a positive purchasing experience. I am sure the Patrick Subaru's salesman are well trained and dedicated to meeting your every desire. Unfortunately, I am sorry to inform that you have deprived yourself of the best car buying experience if your salesman is not named Darrald Mitchell.

Go to Patrick Subaru! Great cars, knowledgeable salespeople, excellent value. Al was great to work with and I'm very happy with my Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium. Bought my Bug Eye WRX there 14 years ago and was happy then as well. Love Subaru!

I bought a 2013 Subary Legacy and i couldnt be more happy with it! My sales guy Bob was great and made me comfortable as possible. The whole process was smooth and after we made a deal on the car, they got all my insurance and registration paperwork done immediately. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!!
