I have ben purchasing Jaguars and Land Rovers from Kaplans since 1980. My experience there over the years has been outstanding. I feel I am part of the family. John Vallante has been there for 22 years and his vast experience and product knowledge is extrodinary. in the industry. Last week I purchased a new Range Rover and John was there advising me before and follow up after the purchase. Great place to buy a new Jaguar or Land Rover!! Dr. Bob Buonanno

Loyalty, confidence and overall satisfaction
Just a short (but what I feel is necessary ) note to explain to whoever reads this why we have purchased/leased my 11th car with Jake Kaplans and will continue to do so. Having my own business for over 35 years, the 3 words in my title best describes the people in all facets of this dealership That I look for the most. From John in sales, and Sean and Craig in finance, to Mike and Lori in service. I have NEVER felt the honesty and integrity and overall 'family-like' atmosphere as I do there. My business leases a car every three years and my wife purchases hers. Essentially, we tell John what we would like and without fail, it's found! Sean and Craig make the finance process so easy and the service dept. literally works around whats convenient for ME! I never had "fun" buying a car before! To me, after a car is purchased customers service KEEPS you coming back. With these people it is easy to do. 10 years ago we tried other dealerships. Now, its just when we are ready we walk in and with the help of the people at this fine dealership, its fun to purchase a car. It might sound like I am a relative but again, having my own business this type of relationship is, not only appreciated but extremely hard to find. Thank you for reading this.

Best Experience Buying A New Car
I was very nervous the first time I walked into Jake Kaplan's, but John Vallante my salesman made me feel much more comfortable. I had a lot of questions and John answered all of them very throughly. Out of all the car dealerships that I have been to, Jake Kaplan's was the best. Everyone I came in contact with there was so friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a 2014 Range Rover Evoque and I could not be happier. I am still in contact with John Vallante and he answers any question about my new car right away. He even sent me a video explaining a part of the car that I had a question about. I would definitely buy from them again!

Excellent and efficient buying experence
I had an appointment with John Vallente at Jake Kaplan's to look at a pre-owned Jaguar XF. I left several hours later in the car as its new owner. Have to say it was the simplest and most enjoyable car purchase experience I have ever had. John was excellent to deal with, straight forward, knowlegeable and very accomodating. I managed to leave a garage door opener in my trade in vehicle, and John hunted it down for me and had it delivered to my house. He also followed up with me after the purchase, answered additional questions I had, and introduced me to the service advisor at the Norwood Jake Kaplan's. I also appreciated the way Craig Rossi efficiently dealt with the paper work as well as the insurance for the vehicle. Top marks all around.

Recent Purchase
This is the 4th or 5th time I have purchased a Land Rover from Jake Kaplan's and I would never go anywhere else. Working with John Vallante made the process effortless and enjoyable. John has an acute understanding of his brands and worked without pressure to secure my newest vehicle. Another major factor that keeps me coming back to this dealership is the service department. Michael and Lori always accommodate your needs and the work is always above and beyond. My wife drives a VW and the difference between the two is night and day. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Craig & the finance department which procured a great rate, once again, and made the process seamless and quick. Great sales staff, easy buy.
I recently had the experience of purchasing a new Land Rover LR2 from John Vallante. The experience was excellent. John knows the vehicles inside and out. I looked at several models and he immediately had every answer to every question, whether in person or by email. When I settled on the LR2, making the deal was very easy. He had all the numbers at the ready, there was no pressure of any kind, and no "going to his manager". I was treated fairly, and the paperwork went smoothly. The car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be, and the orientation was crystal clear. I don't think I've ever been as pleased with a vehicle purchase as I was with this one. John is the best!

Recent Jaguar Purchase
My husband and I purchased a Jaguar last week through though the Warwick dealership. We worked with John Vallante, Craig Rossi and Sean Gebert. All were wonderful and made the buying process easy and stress free. We corresponded by email, my husband took the test drive, and we did the remainder of the paperwork by Fedex. The car was ready on time as promised, they took my husband through the features, installed his Bluetooth (which never would have gotten done if they didn?t do it) and so far, everything has been great. We looked at 4 different cars before we decided on the Jaguar and felt that Kaplan gave us a fair value on the trade (consistent with other quotes). It was not the first car we purchased from Kaplan's, and it wont be the last.

No Surprises, Great Work, Friendly Staff
I've been very pleased with my experience at Jake Kaplan's Jaguar/Land Rover in Warwick. Being in my early 20s, I was nervous about venturing in at first, but the entire staff has been warm and welcoming to me, every time. Mike in the service department has helped me keep my 22 year old Jaguar in pristine condition. I've never had any surprises with repair quotes; they've been spot on, and he's even been helpful enough to work within my time restrictions and has given me alternative repair options when parts needed to be special-ordered. The service technicians are knowledgeable and very good at what they do, returning my car washed and without a trace of grease, dirt or oil. Bill, and the other members of the parts department have gone out of their way helping me find the hard-to-get parts, as I do perform quite a bit of work and preventive maintenance myself. Maybe one day I'll be able to comment on the sales department, but for now my Jaguar's keeper thanks to Jake Kaplan's.
