Went to Arrigo to buy a new Jeep for my wife. They were great when i was there as i knew the salesman who was exceptional. He did everything in his power... to make the experience great. The sales manager and finance manager were also very nice. My problem began when they had to pay off my wife's car. They never obtained the adequate payoff and went by the wrong payoff. I even paid extra money to make up the difference so that they would payoff my account. They took so long making the payoff that it harmed my credit score by over 50 points. my account went into default due to their negligence. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct and lack of care. They did everything wrong when it came to making sure the deal was complete. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will make sure to spread the word so that others are not hurt from an experience like this one.
I found a used vehicle online the day before, I was greeted immediately by a friendly salesman. After hearing what I expected from the experience he was... able to deliver on those expectations. I left with the vehicle wanted and with the terms I expressed as what I needed to make the deal happen. Now I am loving my new truck! Thank you Arrigo Dodge.

I have always driven the extra distance out west to have the oil changed on my Jeep here (there are 3 closer dealers), just because their service advisers... are nice, normal people, the facility is nice, and they never try to sell me extra service I don't need. I recently had a warranty repair that needed to be done, and it went great. Not flawless, but it was definitely the best repair experience I've ever had (so, maybe it should be 4 stars, but since it was such a pleasant surprise, I'm sticking with 5). The biggest surprise was the technicians: I felt like they were treating my Jeep like it was their Jeep. They wouldn't give it back to me until it was perfect. No up-selling, overcharging, customer blaming, etc., they ate those extra hours of labor and I really appreciate it. They were honest and upfront during the whole process, and I recommend Arrigo service department to anyone who will listen.
This dealership sold me a lemon and said they would fix it. They did not fix it which resulted in additional $3000 damage to my car. Arrigo service lead... Alana Krunkel, used car manager Sergio Cueller and even the GM Joe Calabro are SHADY xxxxxxxx. They will take your money and then ignore you. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND STAY AWAY FROM ARRIGO.
Me and my wife went to check on the Jeep Renegade and Sales person Collin Kelsey took care of us ....VERY GOOD Customer Service ,show us the Jeep we wanted... ,and also got us the best deal ever....we went to couple other dealers in the area looking for a fiat 500x or the Jeep Renegade and Because of the Great Customer Service we decided on the Jeep. After we were with Stephen Fioravante in finance GREAT ...fast , great deal...and NEVER in my years of buying cars (more than 5) got such of GREAT GREAT delivery service ! MAtt Diamond explained everything sooo good...for our future cars we would go to Arrigo to buy our cars....
I went in looking for a Ram 3500 single axle. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, which I understand. Tried to get info on ordering one but... was told that the only person who could help was not at work. I was told he would call when he got in. NO CALL BACK. A manager did call a couple of days later and I told him what happened. He stated that someone should of helped while I was there. He had someone call me a few minutes later. I gave the salesman the info on what I was looking for and he stated he would check and call me back. NO CALL BACK. I called several days later to speak with a sales manager and explained the reason for the call to the receptionist. She transferred me to someone's voice mail and I left a message and surprise, surprise NO CALL BACK>

Several days later I called to speak with a sales manager, explained to receptionist the reason for the call and was transferred to voice mail. And surprise, surprise NO CALL BACK.
The car buying experience is typically dreadful. After walking out of a dealership down south, we went to Arrigo to find that all car dealers/ salespeople/sales... managers ARE NOT THE SAME. I was a TOTAL PLEASURE to buy from Arrigo. Don't buy a Dodge anywhere else. From sales to finance..Arrigo is the BEST!
