My experience at BMW of White Plains, NY was one good thing followed by another good thing. Or I should say GREAT thing! I was visiting the area and one day the car started screeching very loudly. I went to the dealership and they said "Bring it right in' and everybody was saying to me "It's going to be alright" I was extremely upset because I live in NH and I was in NY. They told me it was going to cost $160.00 to diagnose the problem. So I waited (coffees, sodas, sandwiches, water, computers and a gift shop....kept me occupied). 20 minutes later Seth Williams, the gentleman who took my information, a very polite and amiable young man, came out and said I was all set to go. Rock in the brake gasket. I was happy it was so quick and easy. I said it was well worth the $160.00. He said "Oh no, no charge"!!!! So then I was crying. Went out to my car and it was washed AND vacuumed meticulously!!!! There are still some really good people out there!!! Thank you everyone at the deanship and Seth Williams. <3!!!

I really don't know where to start, I have leased an M5, I8 and three 7 series over the past 15 years from this dealer - I can't think of another brand loyal consumer like me - I guess not anymore. The sales team is awesome, the cars are awesome....but if you expect service that matches forget it....In all these years my dissatisfaction has grown - I have refrained from any reviews as i feel if you can't say something nice don't say anything - but after reading all the positive reviews i guess there are a lot of people like me- so i do feel like i need to speak up. I also currently lease /own a Porsche and a Land Rover - the service experience at the dealer for these cars is amazing - they tell you when the car will be ready , not the "it will be ready later today, maybe tomorrow - maybe the day after" ... 9 time of out of 10 - the Porsche and Land Rover dealers deliver the car as promised when you drop of the car - even if you drop it off without an appointment.....at Westchester BMW - maybe 1 times out of 10 ! When my car come back after being at the dealer - oil change light come on after a week - It somehow only happens at this dealer. I had rim insurance and my 7 was vibrating like crazy - the service person actually told me the insurance does not cover the damage if the car can be driven...so he told me to damage it more - so insurance will cover it - yeah very safe..... each time my sales guy ( Guido) who is awesome, stepped in to resolve the situation...but I should not have to reach out to him, its not his job to deal with service- in all these years - especially the last 5 when their service has gone from bad to worse - not once has a service manager reached out to me to understand my dissatisfaction ( I did not write reviews ) but I did make my dissatisfaction very clear.....

I've owned 3 BMWs and I always go back to this dealership. Everyone that works there is so friendly and concerned about the well being of your vehicle. My coolant hose popped and was spraying coolant everywhere, I was in a panic! It was after hours and the dealership was about to close. I was assigned to an advisor named Seth Williams and let me tell you he saved my car and my piece of mind. He was calm and patient although I was in a panic, he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken into service and fixed immediately,so that I was able to drive home in less than an hour. I truly appreciate everything that he did for me. I would recommend Seth and Westchester BMW to all of my family and friends!
