I brought my car in for general service, and the service

I brought my car in for general service, and the service tech said he is specialized and I am lucky to get him. He told me my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of repair that I couldn't afford. He handed me off to a salesperson who continued the charade that my car needed repairs (it did not) and that the best course of action (since I was cash poor) was to sell my Honda Civic and lease a new vehicle for $380 a month. I was literally in the finance office about to sign, and asked the Finance guy the exact number I'm getting for my car. It took some teeth pulling, and I got my salesman into the office, and he revealed he only was giving me $5K for a 2013 Honda Hyrbrid (that has a Blue Book of 12K). I smelled something fishy, and asked for my car back. The service guy handed me the key and said there was nothing wrong with it. This whole situation was a scam, playing on my financial difficulties and fears of going broke from paying for repairs. As I mentioned, thew car didn't even need repairs. This whole thing was an orchestrated scam - and I was the mark. The salesperson's eyes were tearing that he didn't get his deal. That shows you what state of desperation these people are in.

⭐️ 5-Star Review - Exceptional Experience Buying My Escalade I recently bought a used Escalade from a Honda dealership, and the experience was genuinely refreshing. From start to finish, the team was honest, sincere, and incredibly helpful — a rare combination in today's car-buying world. Valoo, the Internet Manager, was upfront, hardworking, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. Carlos Lopez, the Floor Manager, checked in without pressure — just to ensure all my questions were answered. Sunil in service went above and beyond after the sale to help me get a key programmed — something most dealers wouldn't even entertain once the paperwork is signed. And John Harmond, the General Sales Manager, was so transparent and easy to work with that the entire purchase felt smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. I visited several dealerships, including Cadillac stores, and none showed this level of professionalism or effort. These folks took the time to understand the product and earn my business the right way — through integrity and real work ethic. It’s not often I write reviews like this, but this team deserves it. They’ve completely changed my expectations for what a car-buying experience can be.

My husband took my 2009 Honda Pilot in to have a key made

My husband took my 2009 Honda Pilot in to have a key made for the car because we misplaced or lost the additional car key. He had to wait almost 3 hours to have it made. Since that’s our only car, he was not happy about having to wait. Also when I called they told me it would cost about $200. When they finished and my husband got the bill, it was around $350. We should have gone to another locksmith that could make keys for Hondas! Not happy because it was a long wait and very expensive.

The service was extremely efficient.

The service was extremely efficient. They were ready to take care of me as soon as I drove up. Manny was an excellent service advisor, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were able to complete a lot of work on my car at a reasonable price, and all in the same day! I was very happy!!

Thanks for your excellent service, Manny. You scheduled a fuel pump recall service appointment with me when I walked into the office frustrated by being unable to reach my *usual* service department at a different dealer. Two days later, at a time that worked for us, we dropped off the car and got it back quickly after the inspection, with no replacement required. Really appreciate your welcoming manner and flexibility.

Due to an unexpected jury duty summons, I had to

Due to an unexpected jury duty summons, I had to reschedule a fuel pump recall service. After speaking with Manny, he rescheduled the job for a short time later. The service was done yesterday and as always, it was a smooth process from beginning (scheduling) to end (picking up the car). I continue to be impressed and satisfied with the work they do and how they do it. Please keep it up, you are the BEST! We will continue to take our cars to you for our peace of mind and excellent service.
