Friendly low pressure atmosphere
I came into the dealership on this visit to have my Toyota serviced. While walking around the lot found the perfect car for me and my business (real estate sales). Met with Beverly Duhon whom I had met on a previous visit. She answered all my questions, guided me through the trade process, and after transaction spent her time helping me set up my car's electronic connections for cell phone, etc.

Helpful and pleasant service visit
This was a trip for routine service and recommended a purchase of a new set of tires. Desiree was very helpful, this time like she has been in the past when she has been there for service appointments. She is thoughtful, calm, and patient, while decisions are being made. She is a keeper!

The service folks scheduled my appt per my request. When I arrived they met me at shop and invited me into customer lobby. Notified me when vehicle was ready, reviewed service items, we're very courteous.

Very Easy Car Buying Experience
My experience was very relaxed & easy. Mr. Arthur was very patient when explaining the differences between RAV4 & RAV4 Limited. I was rather picky about the color and what I wanted in terms of body style & interior. He ordered the Blizzard White color with the Ashe interior in the Limited. Then, he allowed me to drive it home to make sure it fit into the garage. As my husband & I were taking care of the financing, he filled the tank with gas & had the car detailed. Also, he moved my Yeti cup & my husband's sun glasses from our old car to my RAV4 Limited. In addition, he helped me set up the Blue Tooth & switched out the tag. My first car (a Christmas present) was a Toyota Corolla back in 1977. Since then, I have owed 4 other Toyotas. Thanks to this positive experience, the next car will most likely be another Toyota. When that happens, hopefully Bob Richards & Mr. Arthur will still be providing wonderful costumer service.

Head work
The shop was able to complete the head work on my vehicle for almost $1000 less than that I was quoted at another shop in town. Great service, thanks Meagan!

excellent experience. Staff friendly (Matt Haley, Ryan Stehle, Kelvin Neal) and knowledgeable. great deal on RAV4. Bought our Corolla here in April - our third Toyota from here.

Maintenance and brake pads
We were pleased with the way the personnel treated us and the prompt service. The waiting room was well laid out and comfortable. Coffee was provided. Check out was easy and the personnel pleasant. The outside of the car was washed.
