Super Happy with my New car

We came in after 5pm and Derrick helped me out. I had reached out to him over social media and he showed me some cars, asked me what colors and what i wanted. When i got there he was ready to help. Thank you!!!

Great team

Bought a new Tundra and Brad McDuffie and Matt Haley made the experience exceptional! This was my first new vehicle purchase and the Team was great.

Really made me a lifelong customer

I originally went to Milton Ruben Toyota where I had a bad experience after being there for hours they told me my repairs for my Prius would be over $1100 to replace a cooling fan. I decided to get a second opinion and was so grateful when I spoke with Carl, he told me to bring my car on in and he would check out. Turns out, my fan just needed cleaning and I left spending under $300. I was very grateful for him taking the time to check that out before I had to fork over $1100. He and everyone at bob Richards were very professional and efficient and I appreciate it.

The best ever customer service

I worked nights twelve hours and needed a quick oil change. Chrystal greeted me with a great smile and a awesome attitude. She had me in and out in no time. I really appreciate her customer focus. I will be happy too return for all my service needs.

Fast, friendly and respectful.

Every time I go I get great service and quick even though I should, but don't have an appointment. They seem to find a way to fit me in with minimal waiting.

Customer Care: "Love my dog, love me?"

It's great to be able to ask for and deal with the same employees when you know them and they know you and how much you care about your vehicle. "Love my dog, love me?" When I ask questions about this, that or the other thing that may seem like "dumb" questions to some people, they understand and do not hesitate to explain in "layman's terms" or even show me. On one occasion Carl brought a part into the waiting room to let me see what was happening because I told him I didn't understand. On another occasion Carl showed me the huge nail/screw that was in my tire. On this last visit, Desiree brought in the cabin filter and the engine filter to show me the condition they were in. They let me make the decision to fix, replace or not. That, to me, is customer care. They care about my car as much as I do. It is important for me to know the results of their evaluations of my vehicle and they are not going to perform any work on my vehicle that I didn't previously approve of.

Awesome customer service

Fast friendly customer service is the number one reason why I buy and get my car serviced at Bob Richard Toyota. Crystal Grice is the frendlist auto technician that I have ever dealt with. She always greets you with a smile.

Great, Quick Service

Always pleasantly surprised at how fast service is completed at Bob Richards on our Tundra. A "well tuned machine" is the best way to describe it. Have 2 other vehicles from other dealerships that I no longer even try to get a regular service performed at (3 hour wait for an oil change). Crystal is always friendly.....
