I needed to replace my front wipers because literally no

I needed to replace my front wipers because literally no shop (I checked over 8- autozone, valvoline, advanced auto parts, etc) is allowed to carry Subaru Outback wipers anymore due to them now being proprietary parts. I made an appointment with Byers Dublin and they were easily able to replace the wipers. They also comp'd me the purchase because it was my first appointment with them which was cool. I'll head back again next time because it was easy.

The salesman backed the car into a wall, then did not

The salesman backed the car into a wall, then did not tell me the car was out of the shop as I asked, as I wanted to buy anyways, and sold to someone else. I cane back and bought a different car, but asked them to clean it as there were still cheezits in the center console and drink stains on the leather seats. It took TWO TRIES where I waited two hours for them to do so and finally the salesman just wiped it down instead of their detailing crew. No sorry or compensation.
