    We have been taking our Honda Civic to Diamond (New Century), since we bought it there in 2008. We used them more for convenience at first, but we felt well taken care of, and we've had very few problems with our car, so we keep coming back. We noticed it has changed hands (again), we wanted to say the service hasn't seemed to have changed. This last recommended service was typical of our experience. Louis Weatherspoon, took good care of us this time--quick, pleasant and professional, and he keep us up to date with any changes and what the cost would be. Very reassuring professionalism, and we've found that to be true no matter who has helped us. It was also nice to meet the new service manager, Mike Sanders. He'd be great in sales as well. We will return as long as we get good service, and our car continues to run well.

    Carlos and Vince made me feel very comfortable and right at home. They helped me get the best deal possible and I drove away with exactly what I wanted. Nothing was forced on me and I feel that I made a very solid decision buying from Diamond Honda!

    I bought a used civic from this dealer ship in 2014. It was an okay enough experience, they try to up sell you on everything, that's expected. A few months later when I was up for my first service appointment I called in and asked if it was covered in my warranty. I was told by the service person "sure". When I came to pick up my car I was billed. When I tried to get an explanation they told me the woman who spoke to me was out and they weren't sure when she'd be back. I didn't have time to wait around but I checked and found it was not covered anyways. Wish they would have just told me that upfront. I would highly recommend people take their service business to Honcura which is also in Glendale. I actually just got my 30k mile check up at Honcura who told me my battery was unusually low and that it might still be covered by my warranty since I bought it under 3 years ago and was under 36k miles. So I called in and asked about it, when the service person at Diamond looked up my vin # they told me I bought the car in 2013 and that it was out of service. I said no I'm sure I bought it in 2014, maybe the original owner bought it in 2013 but not me. And she said nope, bought in 2013. I later looked it up and you actually get an additional year and 12k miles after buying used so I should have been good. I decided it was not worth the effort to go to this terrible dealership ever again. Long story short, if you ever decide to buy a Honda, they are great cars. Just don't expect anything great from Diamond and take your service business to the awesome shop called Honcura.

    This place is a dump. There is no public parking unless you want to pay for it on the street. I was contacted all day by a salesman and when I drove through the rain to meet him he was gone and I was told the truck was gone too. They would not tell me when it was sold, but I am sure they never had it. Don't believe a word they say. The facilities have not been cleaned for years.

We strive for excellent customer service, but feedback like yours tells us that sometimes, there may be ways we can improve. We do have lot parking available in several places within a block from our dealership, but it sounds like you weren't informed of this or that perhaps the weather interfered with availability. We really love the city of Glendale, despite the fact that it can sometimes present parking challenges. We also appreciate the character and charm of our brick building, which is a bit older but has been a part of the landscape in Glendale for many, many years. We do a lot to ensure it's cleanliness, so unsure how to respond to that part of your review. Anyway, we will make a note of your feedback and see how we can use it to improve.     (late post for December 24, 2016) On today's visit I brought in my 2013 CRV, brought in for an oil change and a tire rotation. once again, this is for Kristina which is the only service adviser I go to. Kristina had me in and out of the dealership in little to no time which is always great. She came to me with a recommendation which I am considering and will come back when the time is just right. Anyway, for this service I'm always happy. Took no time and was out as fast as I was in. Thank you Kristina.
