I clicked on a link to inquire more about a 2016 Malibu and that meant they would be getting in touch with me. I asked for them to please just text or email until I decided if I wanted the car. They totally respected my wishes and were so nice and at NO time did they try and pressure me or try and change my mind to more expensive car. I am 2 hours away. My 'buying' situation is a little different and tough right now and I needed help figuring it all out. They were just so helpful and so nice. Other places may have thought it was just too much trouble. It is hard to explain how helpful they were. Austin, who sold me the car was amazing! This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life. He stayed in touch with me, answered all my questions and just went above and beyond the call of duty.
