I did not give 5 stars because I was told the service on
I did not give 5 stars because I was told the service on my vehicle will be done by 2pm but it was done by 12.15pm and I was not informed. When I saw the vehicle parked outside the service area and enquirer the agent was contacted and he sent a text stating that I was to wait until 2pm. As such I told another agent to cancel the work order and was walking away when he called me back and said that he found the paperwork on the attending agent’s desk and the service was completed. This was not a free service. It cost me $250.00.

Mention to check tire was leaking but they didn't check
Mention to check tire was leaking but they didn't check air pressure in tire when I was on road leaving from dealership sign was on but had in rush so didn't go back

I changed my oil twice and I had bad experience.
I changed my oil twice and I had bad experience. I spent more tha 3hrs waiting. The first time something was stolen in my car, and the second time I arrived late in my job. They gave other car to go work, but my life is busy and this things is not good for my schedule. Now other thing is happening. I’m turn on my car and may car is smelling like a burning gas.
