Recently had routine maintenance completed there on my
Recently had routine maintenance completed there on my Highlander (tire rotation and oil change). I paid for service which I quickly found out was actually covered by by warranty. Getting my money back was very hard. I couldn't get anyone at dealership to answer phone or call me back. I had to drive over to dealership and speak to team there in person. Still took awhile to get credit completed. Service department gives off serious "chaos" vibe. There was a Valet there that was extremely helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help me find service manager. You could tell he was an extremely hard worker. I believe his name was "NEMO".

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service! It took for us 3 days to make a final decision but the guys were very pacient to give us all the information needed to take a long term commitment, specially Giovanni Panini always at the front of our questions and requests. Can't buy a car every year but would do it again with AutoNation Winter Park.
