Marco is very nice sales person. He helped in all the aspect of the selling giving us the information that we need. He took care of me and my daughter with respect, calmly, friendly .he was confident explaining the Toyota Corolla car maintenance and plans. The financial guy (Mel) was also very nice.

Staff was very friendly.
Staff was very friendly. The service writer made sure All problems were taken care of. . He even made sure our Camry was washed and vacuumed. He explained all repairs thoroughly. Very accommodating & courteous. I don't take our car anywhere else for service!

I have been going to this Toyota locale for the past 30
I have been going to this Toyota locale for the past 30 years. It has been under several names and started back when this dealership was known as Jimmy Bryan Toyaota. Another key reason for servicing my (as well as my families) vehicles at this location over the years was convenience. Besides the convenience, there is still to this day, is the service manager, Steward Burdee. Steward is truly an asset for not only AutoNation Courtesy Toyota, but for the Toyota brand in general. Again he is a major reason why I continue to service our vehicles there. My recent service was just a routine oil change. I'm fully aware cost increase over time and I have witnessed it first hand over since moving to Orlando in 1993. I can remember when my oil changes were $17 which included an oil filter. I do have to seek the misc charge of $5.93 that was in the itemized receipt. This took the $49.44 amount to a total of $58.97 (again for a basic oil change). Has Toyota or Courtesy Toyota specifically considered a substantial discount to loyal customers, completely separate from the general discounts /specials offered to the general public? This could possibly increase your customer base as opposed to having them look elsewhere for a less expensive level of service. I'm hopeful for this happening and my continued relationship with your service team.

I appreciate being seen soon after my car was starting to
I appreciate being seen soon after my car was starting to have starting problems. I never have a problem waiting on my car even though this was almost 6 hours. There were several things done to the car and I trust your mechanics. The only "surprise" was the cost of labor for each item. I don't remember being told about the power steering or fuel injector cleaning that added about $364 to my bill. I will continue to bring my car back but will be more vigilant about the bill.
