Dishonest,changed price on the website a $1,000 more when we arrived,and when we didn’t buy the truck,they lowered it back to the original price a $1,000 cheaper,moments after we left.Great scheme,as they end up negotiating what they originally have posted,so they think person thinks their getting a good deal.Dont ask questions about any of their trucks,they quickly get annoyed and will rudely tell you to look on their website.This has been the worst experience I have ever had.Thank god we didn’t buy from them.

Great selection of TRDs. Loved how everything went smoothly. Definately recommend this place if u r looking for a good truck that used but clean.

I went to Car Plus looking for a great car with low milage at a good price. I found what I wanted here. I had never purchased from a dealer before and Wendy made the process quick and painless. The only thing she could have done to make this better was lower the price! Jokes aside, I had a positive experience here.

I was looking for a used Tacoma for weeks when I found this place on the internet. I called them up and asked them if they still had the 2007 tacoma, they said "yes, we have about 40 of them." Haha...They were right! Biggest selection of used Tacoma's I've ever seen. And they are all in really good condition. Al and Wendy were super attentive, knowledgeable, polite and most of all, they cared about making me happy. I know they sell other cars/trucks as well, but I really couldn't believe their Tacoma inventory. Also, I have to say, that a week after I bought my truck, it was making a strange noise. It sounded like the steering linkage to me. First, I called Wendy and she said bring it in right away and they would check it out for me. They did look at it and we realized it was my fault because I put an after market part on the truck as soon as I bought it. So, it was totally my fault!! But I have to say, they were very open to making it right with me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Great experience! I'll definitely be buying more trucks from them as my boys get older :) Jeff

Went there to look at a vehicle...wow what a waste of time. I looked the vehicle over found it was leaking oil told the guy selling the cars that it was so he then wanted to argue and act like he was doing me a favor for selling it. He said his "mechanic fixed it" wen though I could obviously see it still had a horrible leak. I'm a mechanic too. Honestly worst customer service I have ever experienced DO NOT GO THERE! I was in and out in ten minutes just because the guy was such a jerk. He said that he had plenty of people looking at it and he didn't care as he backed away and just left! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated. I would give zero stars if I could

Professional good, friendly service. A very good buying experience. I had the car checket by a local repair shop and everything was in order. The transmission had been rebuilt, Car Plus Finance (Ali) had told me before and offered me a one year guarantee for that. It's a solid company with good service, one of my best experience buying a car. Highly recommended.

I have been on a search for 2 weeks!!!! I couldn't sleep thinking about my future truck. I finally found the truck I wanted with additional accessories. This dealer had a wide selection of trucks and other vehicles. As I spoke to Wendy I didn't feel "pressured" to buy a vehicle like higher dealerships. They are very kind and helpful! Making your buying experience 100x better! It was my first time buying a truck ever. I would definitely refer or come back to purchase another vehicle in the future. Overall they are an awesome dealership!!!
