    I'm one NOT Happy Customer ! Simple to say .. I had worst car buying experience I ever had in my life. Saw advertising/listing on Cars.com and than... on your own website and found 2 Gray 2018 Tuscons. Ok , talked to Gaby(Gabriella) about specific GRAY TUSCON (one of them) and was promised reimbursement for Uber and $100 for making appointment. Great start. I told her I'm coming ,she said ask for "VIP manager " ...wooow..I'm one VIP ... I came after 1.5 Hrs Uber $43 drive . Entering ..one young nice guy is taking me to the Desk ...another Sales guy took me to a computer and I told him I talked to Gaby about that GRAY Tuscon , he said immediately Black .., no I want one of those 2 Gray once . No we don't have Gray one. Hold on I just talked to girl and she said you have 2 of them. Went to manager...OMG what an unfriendly face expression /...Sir .. we'll give you a black one...no I don't want the black one. She tried to explain how those are sold...ahaha..in last hour and those cars were listed for Weeks....still listed !!! Fake listing ,fake advertising , mad unfriendly people .. No one even tried to apologies or say something nice to me. She even threatened me to kick me out of the door for raising my voice..I was Disappointed and frustrated ! SHAME SHAME ! The young guy escorted me to the door... no SORRY word exist there. I'll try my best to get the word out to the world as much as I can about this issue I had ! BBB will be notified about FALSE listing of nonexistent cars , False prices , lying in my face . They even tried to make me guilty for not buying a car ~ Sad !

    This dealership was absolutely horrible to deal with. They are unprofessional and deceptive in the buying process, but the biggest issues arise once you've... left the parking lot. Customer service doesn't exist and that's a real problem because they leave you with a bunch of issues which you then have to deal with without their assistance.

    So we decided to look at cars before winter and stopped by Happy. As everyone knows purchasing a car is a long stressful process. However with the help... of Luis C. And Dave getting our car was a great experience. Luis ensured that my needs were meet and put is in a car that was perfect for our growing family. The whole team was very friendly and you didnt feel like you were being bombared as you shopped. Luis and Dave respected my budget that i was comfortable in and made sure that i was happy with my purchase! Thank you luis and dave for making my experience great!!!!

    I went there for the cars.com quick offer. They offered me $23,075 for my truck. It was a decent offer so i drove an hour and a half to get there. When... i got there two people test drove my truck. My truck has a pretty loud exhaust on it. They both beat on my truck pretty hard to test drive it. I could hear it through pretty much their whole test drive. Then they come back after half an hour and tell me they will only give me $18500. I asked what happened to the $23,000 offer? They told me well the miles are too high. The miles were on the cars.com page. Everything about the vehicle was on the cars.com page. Its not like i just went in there not giving them info and then they were surprised. I wasted gas and an hour and a half driving there and then another hour and a half driving home getting nothing out of it and two people beating on my truck wasting a lot of gas. When i got there the tank was slightly under a half when i left it was barely above a quarter. They were on the gas pedal hard pretty much the whole time to waste that much gas. Please be careful going here. Make sure you ask a lot of questions. Make sure they understand everything about your vehicle so they dont waste your time. Dont remember anyone i talked to name wise because i was so mad i just grabbed my keys and left

    They had a nice used car at a nice price, but the only problem is during the negotiation process the dealership adds on $2200 in a Happy package that is... $1600 and a $700 vehicle tag package both packages are worthless and non negotiable. Deal breaker.Bye ,Bye.

    Very scary experience...OMG...i wasted my one day because of just blindly believe their internet sales manger. after visiting their showroom they received... me good but after a 5 min of time they show me their own attitude. blindly trusted them i went all the way from Peoria (150 miles one side ) and wasted my time. Initially they promised me Hyundai SEL price is $ 15231.Also they have admitted that appointment bonus of $250 and in house negotiation will be there.But after visiting their showroom surprisingly Sales professional named "Ahmad Samra" (not at all behaved like professional ) told me that internet price vehicle got sold out and they have new rate from that minute onward apparently they have added so many taxes and other costs they shown me price like $ 18553(where is $15231,what happen my appointment bonus of $250 and what happen in house negotiation) They literately said to me that " if you want buy with that revised price buy otherwise you can leave" by showing a way to me outside.and very big Bye from his manager or boss. I really didnt expect this wrost and rude with that sales people. I have provided my document im really wondering and scaring what they will do with that. I strictly not recommend this place. I dont want any explanation by internet sales team after reading my review. I have changed my opinion about Hyundai because of this instance
